  1. Engine Oils and Lube Filtration is their tile. I posted the title as Fleet School Oils and Lubricants. BTW you can Zoom without being on camera. There is a way to listen to the audio too on your phone but without the video you don’t get the full experience. I’ll try to paste the link for those who don’t want to Zoom.
  2. Here is a link to anyone interested in live online seminar. https://cummins.zoom.us/w/93918332190?tk=p1mG3c9injBkyVulfZ9ajLKJRYBrIBeOFxVn57dvCDs.DQYAAAAV3fgFHhY3blRBek1Za1RtbUVQbThILXJXRnZBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA&pwd=aHNEVjgwdE95b1EwVFh2VEwreGNkZz09&uuid=WN_xOA8I88NSRWFKC-Gj2qYlQ
  3. Here’s another video that popped up on my feed of the same battery.
  4. The last one I participated in was live and interactive with text questions.
  5. Wow well Bob U you’ve had a nice long rv’ing life congrats to both of you.
  6. Fleet School is having a live online seminar on Coolants coming up 2/21 this week. It is very informative and interactive. Here’s the link to get registered for anyone interested. https://cummins.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_ST49CQRSSbGGxrzjD9jB_Q#/registration
  7. Those straps may have to be custom fitted to your slide. It depends where exactly the clips are on the side of the slide. The straps may need to be tweaked some to get the tension were you need it, especially if you have more than one strap or else you’ll have one strap doing more of the work.
  8. This past yr I had a shop look at my front end because of vibration at moderate to hard braking. The shoes looked really good they said but suggested replacing all the drums because they showed signs of heat cracks. I ask all the questions on how they could tell that with the drums on and they said experience tells them that. So they were pulling the fronts anyway for repacking the bearings. He said they would know more when they were pulled. They called and said the drums were within DOT specs as far as cracks and being round and said it was my call. I elected to put them back on and adjust all slack adjusters.
  9. On my current and last coach I installed LED light strips and just cut the wires and left the ballast in place. I would do it in the summer when the cabin space is warmer for better adhesion to the light fixture. I haven’t experienced any failure of adhesive strips on the LED’s. I choose natural on the color spectrum for the LED’s. You can buy a roll and then extra pigtails to make up your own.
  10. If your going to disconnect the shore pwr I would turn of the breaker instead of unplugging. I’m not saying it’s related to your question but just best practices.
  11. NP Scotty take care of the important things surrounding your life.
  12. Who put that receptacle in. Maybe it’s not being measured correctly.
  13. Got it Roy, good thing too. I didn’t know of this procedure either using your finger or something else. Thanks
  14. I added some text to my above post. Joe until you can look at it I would leave it unplugged. Open your basement door and see if you can smell anything.
  15. Do you have this type of transfer switch, if so unplug the coach from shore power until you can open it up to look inside for loose wires and maybe burnt wiring. If you find burnt wiring leave it unplugged. Do a search on the forum for more info.
  16. You will get a lot of condensation on your inside windows and windshield especially. You will need to wipe them down and run your dashboard fans on the windshield occasionally to help evaporate it some. Small good quality htr in the wet bay.
