    Has anyone subscribed to any of these type of websites that show views, either still or video drive thru’s of campgrounds showing the site #’s? I know you have to join this service and I believe there are a few out there. I’m sure the data base is limited but hopefully growing. What’s your experiences?

    If safe to do so can you buy some binoculars and look for it maybe from the outer rd? Wear a bright safety vest while your out there doing so. Retrieving it safely is an issue, but if you see it maybe the wrecker can retrieve it because he has all the emergency lights and safety gear. He could even call the trooper if that would help do it safer. Good luck.

    Have you recovered the drive shaft? Are you talking trans cooler hose or radiator hose? I would hope that Cummins shop would help you out. Send them some pics of your damage, that might help persuade them.

    Kevin just a FYI if you didn’t know SCA’s and DCA’s are the same just called something different. SCA - Supplemental Coolant Additive DCA - Diesel Coolant Additive

    Short answer is no, fortunately. But it did involve a radiator replacement and more. Radiator replacement had nothing to do with coolant. New coolant was just needed because of the radiator work.

    Yeah I struggle for a yr with a numerous analysis before I was forced into changing coolant the expensive way😩

    Yep.,Test strips always seem non conclusive.

    Yeah everyone throws that added requirement in. (Or 1yr) I think they say you can freshen the system up up by draining a few gal and adding fresh coolant to it. I sat thru one of their webinars awhile back. I talked to the presenter about maybe presenting at one of the Gatherings. Not sure if he and Scotty ever connected.

    I would go to the Fleetguards website or YouTube and watch their videos on coolant. I’m not sure about the EG but if I was going to use a extended service coolant I wouldn’t want the schedule of using SCA’s. I bet if you watch the videos or call them you will probably pick the one in the photo. I recently went with this coolant with a radiator swap.

    This is what I did while in FL to secure the bottom. At the top I have an angle running across the top about a foot back or so with a rubber cushion between the the angle and fridge. It works but I’m not as crazy about it as before.

    I fabricated it when I was still working. The specs were lost thru the yrs. I recently went to the shop and asked the new foreman to look thru the computer files for it and it was gone. I just recently measured and made another however, so I have one I need to put in place of what I rigged up when in FL last winter doing a change out on my current coach. I do have a drawing now but I haven’t installed it. It should be fine however. I can send you a drawing of it if you want to PM me.

    Mikes FASS install video is a must see if planning on doing your own. Watch it a few times and it will all come together and make sense. The fooler relay for the old lift pump is something that could get missed if you don’t understand the need for it. Thanks Mike for your time in making the videos. Todd

    Well if your dry camping you have specific challenges as you mentioned. You will have to get creative and use a portable water jug and a tote to capture the gray water from your tank. That’s about all you can do if you can’t dump your gray water. Depending where you are and what you can do maybe you could capture your gray water at the dump valve and use it to flush your toilet, that would cut down on your fresh water refilling needs some. Then hall away your black water in the tote.🤷

    That appears to be a rear radiator style stack FWIW.

    I had a tow this summer using Coach Net from my storage facility to the shop 15mi I paid nothing.
