  1. As a composer and sound engineer I for one HATE surround sound......... where is the sweet spot? Recently saw Oppenheimer.... destroyed by silly surround sound gags. With respect, also remember if your ears are 'older' and they are not 'matched' you may note issues.... especially the high frees on the woofer !!!!! frees. ooops
  2. Hi Folks Found a recycler in California. Autofox. https://www.google.com/search?q=autofox+recyclers+lancaster+ca&oq=autofox+reccler&aqs=chrome.2.69i57j46i13i175i199i512j0i13i30j0i390i650&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8. They have numerous coaches in various stages of 'burned out'. Very helpful people who will ship anywhere.
  3. The fogger process worked quite well. However I read somewhere about making the pipe to the septic/dump tank more like the plumbing in the house. So I put wood under the outlet pipe raising it up [keepong valves closed]. This means there is always a little 'sludge' on the upside. So far no fly onslaught. I also empty out every 2 days.
  4. Yep, thanks for the link......... most seem to be OOB and the 800 888 numbers go to some medical outfit........ oh well !!
  5. time to get realistic about hourly costs....... $200+ per hour..... get real.
  6. day two... still no fly's............ squirting a natural product called STEM down the 'loo' when flushed............
  7. Thanks for all the input. Never heard of happy camper... will look for it......... what I have done so far is put the spray from a fogger up into the tank........ turned the water off and put the fogger down the toilet.............. we'll see. L
  8. Hi Folks, My wife had a moment of strength and managed to twist the top of of the light completely off. I will enclose pics. It appears as if 'something' may now be sticking up here it didn't prior. Best way to reactivate this light please.
  9. When I purchased the coach a couple of months ago I notices small really black fly's in the bathroom. I had a Harbor Freight tennis racket and zapped 'em, but next day they were back, on and on. I purchased the small 'blue light' fly catcher from Home Depot.. worked great..... the sticky card was full after 1 day.... hmmm. Changed it, next one was full....... caught a few more on the 'fly' [no pun intended]........ have to admit I am not a 'poop on the go' watcher....... then today I noticed as the toilet was flushed a few fly's came up through the water [I think]. Didn't look like the flight plan was from under the rim. Currently I am living in the coach while my home is fixed, toilet is connected to a septic tank.......... valve is closed except for the small amount of time when the tank is emptied......... can't imagine the fly's sit and wait for the valve to open then make a run for it. I use any and all kinds of 'make nice' product in the tank etc etc. anyone know of the 'black tank fly killer' product? Les
  10. The water pressure on 'city water 'is ok everywhere except the sink in the main cabin. With the 'mixer' faucet [tap to some] ' in the middle it is ok. Move to hot or cold it changes. When the water is first engaged [especially in the middle] the pressure is fine, it then dissipates. ? Les
  11. Previous owner came by today. As suggested above he he knew to push down on the brass 'collar'. Tube came out with air........... bag now deflated. Took the solenoid apart it was super clean. [did note a brown ring at the base of the 'piston']. While still unassembled had my wife operate the dump switch, the one still assembled solenoid clicked. Reassembled solendoid/w/tube, checked with the dump switch. Both clicked. In a few days I may inflate the system and see if all is ok. If not, given I have to presume the electrics are ok, I'll buy a couple of solenoids . Found this co. https://www.radwell.com/en-US/Search/?q=2603. The only numbers I can see are 06032. or 2603. Neither come up........ where might one buy these solenoids? If the bag stays inflated is the issue the 'valve' which control the ride height? thanks to all for the help
  12. Thanks Tom.......... I was planning on fixing the wobble this w/e but temps are so high this tubby guy ain't getting down there...... One should not have calluses on the left hand if used correctly........... if one is a sissy, a pick is used via the right hand.... this one has the back/top a right index finger which can handle fire ;-))
  13. Aqua-Magic Bravura RV Toilet Pedal Flush / Low Profile / White - Thetford 31120 Before I break old plastic......... would it be a fair bet the front lower panel pulls away in order to access the bolts? Is there a 'magic' process. Toilet wobbling a little. !!
  14. Hi Tom, Found this. https://www.etrailer.com/question-613963.html. is it helpful?
  15. assuming the solenoids are attached L & R wen I remove the right one what kind of pressure will be in the line?
  16. 2004 Cheetah I'm about to have the tiles around galley/bathroom area removed also carpet up to the front of the coach and in the bedroom. The gent doing the job comes highly recommended having refurb other coaches. He wants to remove the 'sub floor' under the tiles [see pic.. not a good example but there is a height difference from the carpet level up to the tiles. Having read the comments above will I have to adjust the slides etc given the carpet on the non e/drivers side slide will remain carpeted? The replacement is interlocking foam/rubber backed vinyl of some kind <IMG_5711.jpg>.textClipping
  17. currently no air in system........ I presume I can still do as you suggest? [at the w/e]
  18. My son leaves today so time was sort......... we changed the electric leads over on the solenoids, that made no difference. Now will take them apart tomorrow [I'll be unsupervised ;-))] I presume yu mean the units in the pics below.... undo the nut at the top [system down] and switch them over then air up, then dump? Are the coils charged?
