  1. It is sad I'm not going to put anyone down, at the end of the video the driver explains that the owner ended up having to go into hospice and forfeited the truck to the city so it could be hauled off and scrapped, however, during the time it was empty someone moved into it. My guess is that a situation like this happens all the time, people fall into hard times and can't recover. Hell that may be me one day, so I'm not going to second guess the circumstances.
  2. What are you looking for, I have these in my flies. You can buy the ends for the drag link, one of them is crimped in place but it can be replaced by grinding out he crimp area and then unscrewing. Need to measure length and also the angle location of both ends to make sure it lines back up when installing. Last year I replaced one of the boots that goes on the tie rod ends. You can buy these at NAPA or on line source. https://www.ebay.com/itm/145428319131?itmmeta=01HWDDB5QYNSZPVTME5Z9D65WR&hash=item21dc340b9b:g:~WcAAOSwzlRlTcEZ&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAAwMEIDoco6mnziMtAR7Qdtb4fhKuH%2FTkASHFVPtbFaP%2BpbQ%2FUD2AiXxhtsityFeef1ecp0JGKdS3PlvbBjwXo7dz3C2Le4QfWVguzNeCtKSl5UV1LxIYWY4M7RGxizLsa%2FoWsh4y6oeuoc1Do%2F5tPfjgvvPr9u4kQlR%2BFL%2F6WBPZmpHdAB4Yy8QdDy02nEOCXNrrCUHwlCcB03zfGviltGHAjqREuHoly4r2NEjn0ukMuTo5WI5JfcUN%2BXpUeq6Cptw%3D%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR4DcrK3jYw Tie Rod & Drag Link _ Draglink Ends - H_D Truck TWD HES431R _ Buy Online - NAPA Auto Parts.pdf
  3. First thing you need to do is find the part number for your rigs air bags. Then do a general search. I bought a couple Conitech air bags to carry a couple years ago from Truckandtrailer.parts paid $312 delivered.
  4. Can you use a Fox & Hound and trace/follow the wire from the relay and maybe get a general direction. I checked the air schematic for a 96-99 Monaco and it shows the tubing going to the air horn as Blue so you may try and trace either a yellow or blue 1/4" tubing to the front.
  5. Try messaging or calling Visione RV in KY. https://secure12.makatary.com/cgi-bin/en.visonerv.com/e-mailmessageform.pl? Give them as much info as possible about what it is, where it is located, Make/model/year of rig. When I was there last Oct I asked the salesman if they list everything on the website, he said no that they just had too much to list. But advised me to contact them and they would look.
  6. Might try taking it off and see if there are any part numbers or markings.
  7. The screws were probably put into some sort of structure and rusted. When I removed a long section of belt molding a lot of the screws broke off. I didn't bother trying to remove, just drilled new holes.
  8. I was removing the old analog TV mounted in the overhead center cabinet. This exposed the front cap and the solenoid was behind the audio equipment cabinet above the driver. From memory there was yellow tubing going to/from the air solenoid.
  9. Mine was located behind the over head cabinets. I happened to find it while replacing the TV.
  10. There is a big inconvenience using a CC, there are usually limits at the pump as to how much you can pump and/or how many times you can swipe a card. For me having options is a big draw on setting up either TSD or Mudflap, plus the quicker fill time.
  11. I agree on the Sam's club and she usually tries to find one. We have pretty good range with a 128 gallon tank. Not sure of her exact route (not eve sure she is) so trying to provide her with the info would be difficult. My advice to her would be to sit down the night before she needs fuel and plan the stops, >>> Good Luck with that🤬
  12. figure out if “the juice is worth the squeeze “ >> That pretty much sums up every thing I buy. I seldom do impulse buys and when possible shop the internet for things I need. My wife on the other hand is pretty much opposite, She buys on a whim a lot. For some reason she has been buying Foo Dogs>> Chinese Lion dog statues. Doesn't make sense to me unless they somehow retain value and she can use them as her retirement plan🤑 All good info on the TSD & Mudflap cards. I found the Maverick stations to be the best option out west and usually good access, good to know I might be able to save $$$ using the cards. I have been looking at the territory that the two cards cover. I go to northern Wisconsin on a regular basis and there aren't any Mudflap station but TSD does have some in the town I'm from and the prices is good. I just have to now convince my wife to at least keep these options open. I'll try and load both apps on her phone and show her how to use them. She even has to the ability to use my phone number on her phone while she's using them so I don't have to worry about getting her access etc. Also took a leep of faith and am getting her a Sam's Club CC under my name tied to my account. I've got a high credit limit which might help in an emergency. Just hope she doesn't go crazy and buy a Foo Dog
  13. Thanks Bill Yours is probably a better long term solution and looks a lot better. But mine solved my problem for the short term and was relatively easy. The area I repaired was in the wet bay, so I would have had to contend with the dump valves and the rest of the plumbing. I'll have to keep an eye on it for sure
  14. I'll let smarter minds then mine answer that one. Not saying it can't be done but I'm not giving advise out of my wheel house.
  15. I think your current inverter has two outputs going to you main panels. The Freedom only has one output based on the spec sheet I looked at.
  16. That's my next job is to figure out what is involved with each card. I've read that with MudFlap you have to go into the store to show the code, which texted to you phone. Besides having the card with TSD are there any other requirements. I do like the map that pops on Mudflap, gives a good view of access which is important when pulling toad. When I look for diesel ahead of time I'll pull up google earth on my laptop to get an idea of access etc. Most of the time that's good enough. The Sam's club nearest us ~25 miles away has good access and I usually fill up there on my way back home. That way the tank is full waiting on the next trip. But I've been to some Sam's clubs that has very poor access to the point I decided to pass trying to get fuel. I showed my wife the 3 different apps, she was not thrilled. She is use to finding low prices on GasBuddy so at least I know she might do OK going that route. But always to have options.
  17. So I decided to set up both the Mud Flap and TSD accounts. First glance both have benefits. I can use a CC or bank debit for the Mudflap but have to use a debit for the TSD. Not thrilled about that but it is what it is. I downloaded both apps to my phone to see the coverage in the Knoxville. Once set up navigating each app was easy. They both have about the same number of stations listed but most are not the same. Prices seem to be similar, and compared to Gas Buddy maybe a little cheaper but not sure what the fees apply when using either Mud Flap or TSD. Having options on multiple stations helps. BUT my wife ain't thrilled about using either. Going to have to convince her of the benefit. But I am going to get her a Sam's CC to take advantage of the 5% fuel rebate.
  18. Wow, Wonder what caused all the fuses to fail, that's more then I've had total in the 15 years I've owned the coach other then a self inflicted issue I caused myself. FWIW, When I bought my coach in 2008 the radio didn't work, CD did. Replaced with the same radio but it only lasted ~3 years. Replaced with a newer version, it failed after ~4 years. Now on my 3rd one ~7 years, did go back with the same brand because it had the connection for the remote pod in the bedroom which I really like.
  19. Are you soaking using WD40 I used PB Blaster and didn't have any problems, I soaked for 2 days and got all of the studs out. There are other concoctions that people use also
  20. Multizone is how the AC's are wired with an AC usually representing one zone. I have two AC so 2 zones, in my case the bedroom is zone 1 and the LR is zone 2. My furnace shows up under Zone 2.
  21. What is wrong with you shades? Mine are made by Colorado When both of ours quit working we found a blown fuse. The the passenger side would not work. Took it down and found the small motor failed. I actually think my wife put something on the passenger side console where the switch was and it was pressing the shade switch. When I took the shade apart the motor got so hot that it melted the plastic end. I ended up replacing the small motor, found on on Amazon that would work, slightly smaller but has the same mounting and speed.
  22. Can you look in the cabinet next to it and see if there are any wires or pipe going to that corner and out.
  23. I don't recognize that form of fault code, how did you recover the code? I'm use to an SPN FMI type code, which I can take and find info from the Cummins Quickserve website. It will explain the fault code and then provide detailed info on how to troubleshoot and repair.
  24. There was a recent post that showed good prices from Walmart but not sure if it was a heat pump. I replaced both both my units in 2021, both two from PPL for $2700 including tax and shipping. I just checked and most of the models are out of stock. It would cost ~$4K at current prices. Good luck
