  1. In answer to your question, Bill, yes, it’s a good idea to add a DC to DC charger and make sure your installation does not charge your lithium house batteries like the factory installation did. I would hope your installers knew that and disconnected that feature from the alternator or your wiring set up. I use a 40 amp DC to DC Renogy charger on my set up.
  2. I use a leak detector because some areas are hard to see.
  3. I would call Matt Miller at Weller Truck and should be able to talk you through it. 616-724-3762 cell He putting together a TRW box and pitmen arm for me now and will have it installed in Twin Falls, ID in about a week. He told me he can talk my installer through the install in a few minutes and was happy to do so.
  4. I converted my main awning to a power awning in 2017 and now lost power. I had to use a drill battery to jump power to it to bring it in. All fuses are good and I have 13+ volts on both sides of the fuses. Including the one for the circuit I used. (circuit for stock power antenna) Everything I can think of to check has power except at the end where it should be. Here is the wiring diagram. attached. Bottom left fuse bank second from the middle to the Left. Picture is upside down. Any thoughts?
  5. I have a Flagg Pole Buddy fiberglass about 23' high and it has been through 60 mph winds. I do have the solar powered led light on top. I like it.
  6. Check your rear six pack valves with either soapy water or a leak detector. That’s my first thought if your rear airbags are going down equally together.
  7. I had a problem with my slide and when I lifted up the bed so I could see the mechanism operate a lot of the mounting screws to the floor of the slide let the mechanism jerk back-and-forth. Once I tightened up the mounting everything has ran smooth sense.
  8. I'm full time so it's always fun. So there is always something to fix or upgrade. I'm currently up in Island Park, ID where it is 67 F 😁
  9. Not sure but open up the panels in the floor and see.
  10. Check your VIP smart wheel connections in your driver's side electrical bay for any burnt wires. Here is their trouble shooting doc and wiring diagrams. SmartWheel TROUBLESHOOT.pdf
  11. I flat tow and have a foldable E-bike. I couldn't do it without something beside the coach. But I full time and stay out of cities.
  12. Looks like your system got water in it at one time or another Jim. I'm lucky my whole system has stayed bone dry.
  13. I don't have any either and haven't had any problem with the slide moving in 6 years.
  14. Only a guess, but check your electrical connections on the transmission.
  15. "But, there are some folks that don't think they filter the fine particles." I'm one of them. Under boost the turbo can pull the oil out of the filter.
  16. My guess also is your dual battery isolator has died. What you are describing Happened to me and that what it was.
  17. Sorry I do not but I am interested when you get an answer.
  18. Put your coach on fast idle 800 rpm + Then check the voltage at you chassis battery. Should be min of 13.5 if your battery is charges, more if not.
  19. I have another opinion. I run synthetic in my coach because I like the stability of the viscosity of the oil through many many temperature cycles. I do the same thing with the generator and as most people do here I run synthetic in the transmission for all of the same reason.
