  1. Now that you mentioned it I think mine is a coolant filter there too. I have more than one coolant filter and the one by the Engine is hardest one to get to.
  2. My ISL has the same two fuel filters, in the same location, AND the one on the left (in your pic) side of the engine near the oil filter. I had no idea it was there for many years, and just replaced the two filters in your pic. I have not replaced the fuel filter on the left side of the Engine yet, but know it is just a matter of time and I'll have to do it. Not looking forward to it, especially after reading this post. Bill
  3. I decided to abandon the Triptek and go with Bluefire and a tablet
  4. I have all the gauges for sale, but the Volt gauge reads about 4 volts too high and the speedo has never been accurate. All are in great shape and the Eng Gauge was replaced in 2017 Make and Offer Thanks, Bill
  5. This came with my RV as an extra and I never used it. Make an offer Thanks, Bill
  6. Thanks for the info Bob S. My son and I plan to do these on Sunday. We are going to replace all 10 with new ones just for peace of mind. I picked 10 of them up for about $1300 so that was pretty good
  7. Wow that looks great. I wonder how they hold up over time? Anybody have any experience with this refurbishing is and seeing how long it last?
  8. I had the same problem on my 2002 Dynasty, and am going to use the same solution as mentioned above. AH pipe broke near the cast iron elbow and cast iron coupler (this location is near where the AH unit exits down through the floor). Have an appointment to take it to a muffle shop to have them replace the long 90 degree pipe where it screws on to the cast iron coupler near the AH 90 degree pipe coming down through the floor and near the AH unit (comes down from the AH, does a 90, and there is the cast iron coupler).
  9. That’s what I’m thinking Chuck. Do you remember any of those data display devices that you can use an iPad with to display Eng data? I have to look into getting one of those if I could just remember what they were called lol
  10. I cannot get the plug off, so tried soldering, but the triptek still does not work. I even put a needle in the hole where the wire went, jumped the needle to the wire and no joy.
  11. I have a yr 2000 Triptek system with a bad key entry/pad. Does anyone know where I can get one? Here is a few pics of it. Thanks Bill
  12. Yes I still have it, the date is 1st Quarter, 2013. I bought the RV in 2015. The RV just sat for the 2 years before I purchased it, so the inverter was not used until I bought the RV. It comes with the remote and cord to go on the batteries to monitor the battery temps. Selling for $500
  13. It looks like the unit is sealed and the screws are only used to secure to the dash. I don’t think and you can unscrew the screws because there’s no head on the other side just the face and keys
  14. Good suggestion Bob, and I can solder, I'm an ex ET in the Navy 🙂
