  1. Good idea Bob, I was thinking the same thing. Unfortunately, I have to drill out all the rivets on the inside of the door to get to the latch, but It's still an option I am planning to try.
  2. Looks like a great coach and a great deal for somebody. If I was in the market for an RV I would definitely check yours out. Good luck selling it shouldn’t take long
  3. I have a 2002 Monaco Dynasty. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement Outside door/luggage door handle? Here is a pic of mine. Thanks, Bill
  4. I would like to have my brake work automatically instead of having to press a pedal. What’s the advantage of the pedal?
  5. Could someone please provide the link to the Monaco troubleshooting tips web site. My link no longer works. Thanks, Bill
  6. Hi Richard, I finally had a chance to measure my driving light holes and they are 9.25" x 6.25". I would prefer to get something that will fill up the hole a little more (i.e. larger lights than yours), but thanks anyways. Thanks Kungpow
  7. any chance you remember what you purchased before?
  8. We used to have one in our old coach, worked really well.
  9. Has anyone ever replaced a ULINE 80-54372-00 Ice Maker Assembly? It is located in my free standing ice maker in my RV, I know the U-line part number is 80-54372-00 but U-Line wants anywhere from $285 (Amazon) to $555 other companies. Normally you can get an ice maker assembly for $70-$100, so I was wondering if there was a different brand that would also work and was less expensive?
  10. How do you get the trans fluid out for the test and where do you take it to for testing?
  11. I have a 2001 Monaco Dynasty 40 Queen and the fog/running lights are rusting away. Anyone know the part # for these? Here is a pic of mine.
  12. Here are my weights with 40 PSI on the tag. Unfortunately I did not have the 1000 pound Motorcycle on the rear when I weighed my coach (specifically addressing the tag weight). Next time I load it I will re-weight).
  13. Tim Wallis, what Rv do you have? I would love to replace the headlights and running lights/fog lights on my 2001 Monaco dynasty. Anybody know what I should look for?
  14. Michael P. And anybody else, have you replaced your gauges with another brand? Anybody recommend a brand for 2001 Monaco dynasty? My tack is accurate and my fuel gauge is accurate but my speedometer is never accurate and the original owner I bought it from said it hasn’t been accurate for a long long time. My amp meter is never accurate. I’m thinking about replacing the dash like Michael P did and while I’m there replacing some gauges. Any thoughts on what I should use for a new gauges?
  15. Wow Michael P, your dash is just like mine. I would love to change mine. Where did you get it?
  16. I have a 2001 Dynasty with tag, here are the pics of the fuse panel located outside below the drivers seat. As best I can tell the seat (not sure if both) is a circuit breaker located on the left side of the compartment, mid way up. There are four self resting circuit breakers, the power seat is the second from the top. Hope this helps Bill
  17. Well that might be true for him Gary a lot of other people are reading this string and could benefit from the clarity of my statement
  18. That’s a good point about the 240 V versus two legs of 120. So you can run all your outlets and everything just don’t run anything that’s got a 240v requirement. I yes would turn them off at the breaker panel before you connect your generator
  19. On my Gen it was close to the GEN output wiring
  20. When I built my house I made sure the electrician installed a 200 amp breaker box with a main disconnect. In the case of a power loss from the power company, I turn the main disconnect off. This ensures my RV generator cannot back feed to the power company. Here is where I installed my 50 amp plug. I run a 50 amp cord (male plug on both ends) to my 50 amp RV power plug, which normally powers my RV from the main ckt box, which is connected to the power company. This way I could feed my whole house from my RV generator.
