  1. Dimensions 13.8 x 12.7 x 8.0 in (349 x 321 x 203 mm) weight approx 40 pounds, my zip: 32526
  2. I came directly off the generator. my 50 a.m. plug goes directly to the output of the generator
  3. I have an RV shed with 50 amp power running from my RV shed to my main power panel at my house. I made a potential connection/50 amp plug to my generator directly and made a 50 amp cord to go for my generator to my 50 amp plug at my house so that I could use my generator as a back up for my house. As stated earlier you want to make sure you isolate your house from the power company. Although I’ve never actually had to use it I think it would work fine as long as you don’t overload your RV generator with your house load (AC etc.)
  4. I am in a restaurant riding on a motorcycle trip. I can’t help with your fault codes but I can tell you to prime turn the key on, do not start it for 15 seconds turn it off turn it on for 15 seconds without starting turn off etc. The electric fuel pump runs for 15 seconds and then shuts off. I have a Cummins 8.9 L diesel pusher and this is how I primed mine when we run out of fuel
  5. Nice. How much were they and where did you get them?
  6. I have a remote panel for it, but the "inverter" buttom takes a little more effort to work, but the button does work and I have a telephone like cord for the remote panel if you need it. No auto gen start. $500 with remote, you pay for shipping
  7. Magnum ME2012 2000 watt InverterLooks and works like newWas running perfectly when I uninstalled it Upgraded to Pure Sine Wave Make me a reasonable Offer
  8. I have a new carefree soft awning about 7 x 20‘ it’s never been used p.m. if interested
  9. I have this kind of slide, thanks for sharing this doc (for my future reference should I need it)
  10. We have a 2001 Monaco dynasty as well. We have a 40 queen. What model is yours
  11. I attempted to contact Paul a couple times and he never responded back. Update: Just talked to Paul, so he is back on line.
  12. Thanks for the camera suggestion, ordered one today myself.
  13. I would not put RV antifreeze in it, it ruined the water pump in my Splendid.
  14. I was going to provide some info, but I see that Duey already provided some really good info
  15. Perhaps someone in this group has come across this problem before, but I'm at a loss as to what the problem is. I've followed through the HWH Service Manual Troubleshooting guide with no help from it either. In manual and automatic, all air bags work fine and hold air normally. When in travel mode the drivers front air bag seems to empty and the coach leans heavily to the left and down in front. This first happened on our trip and it was terrible to drive. As soon as you turn the brake off (and put in drive) it automatically goes in to travel mode. I would level everything fine but as soon as it went in the travel mode it let air out on the front driver’s side. I finally pulled the travel fuse for the front air bags and it stopped letting the air out of the front driver’s side so I could drive it. Each air bag works fine manually, and the "travel" solenoids for the front both have 12 volts when in the travel mode. I've even tried replacing both travel solenoids in the front, to no avail. The troubleshooting guide seems to indicate as long as the travel fuses are good, and I have 12 volts and grounds at the travel solenoid then the control box and wiring are fine. Also, there is only one front leveling solenoid, so if it failed, both front air bags would deflate. I have a 2001 Monaco Dynasty 40 Queen with a tag and the 10 air bag suspension system. Any ideas would be appreciated Bill
  16. Anyone know where to get Seat switches/controls? This one is from the drivers seats, seems to only work when it feels like it 🙂
  17. How do I know the correct tag axle load/weight? Can the truck scales weight my rear axle and tag axle separately?
  18. Yes I have a tag axle, so I guess this is for that, as almost everyone pointed out. I've had my couch for about 6-7 years and think it rides good, but I do seem to notice that the rear of the coach squats down a little when I lift my motorcycle (I have a M/C lift on the back. Perhaps I should increase the pressure a little bit?
  19. Thanks to Ron Van Arsdall and Tony G, , I looked under my entry steps and found this group of 4 pumps. Apparently one of these is for the slide (maybe 2 pumps are for slide: one in, one out?) I found the two 15 amp fuses and both were good. I also traced one of the pumps to the generator slide. I tried the generator slide and it failed to work also,. Now I suspected that the solenoid (that I also found under the steps along with the 4 pumps) might be bad. YUP, it was bad. Replaced it and everything works as normal now. Thanks for the tip Ron Van Arsdall and Tony G I never did see a slide controller like Jim J has, perhaps that was an "improvement" on later years 🙂
  20. My inhibitor switches are in series with the power to the slide switch. I tested each one (I have 2) and the power to the switch went away with each inhibitor switch out, and came back with each inhibitor switch in, so I feel like those are OK, although this situation certainly seems like it would be one if those switches.
  21. Anyone know what this is? There is no glass on the gauge so I suspect it doesn't even work, but I guess I should know what it is 🙂 Thanks, Bill
  22. All inhibitor switches are checked, and closing and looking good.
