  1. Hi Paul, Have you been able to get to the forum? I followed a link via http://www.rogerberke.com/) but the forum link does not work, nor the "contact me" link.
  2. Yes, the bed is on the slide. I contacted Lippert and they are having one made, probably from Talin RV I suspect. It will take a couple weeks and probably be dropped shipped. Thanks,
  3. I'm not sure if anyone saw this post, but I am looking for anyone that might know where I can get this replacement part. The lippert/powergear part number is 520971.
  4. I went to slide my bedroom slide in today, when I was heading out on a 4 week trip, and after about 12 inches I hear this clicking grinding noise and the slide stopped moving. After an hour or two of troubleshooting and brainstorming we discovered that the bar on top of the motor that moves the slide in had worn and the bar's gears would not stay in contact with the motor's rotating gear. It would slip out (the bar connected to the slide's gear would slip out of the motor's rotating gear. I was able to use a hammer to force the bar down in to contact enough with the motor's rotating gear to move the bedroom slide. It only needed to move about 3-4 inches and then it caught the rotating gear enough and worked properly again. I think the slide's movement is up/down a little as it moves in and out. This down movement with my hammer moved the bar connected to the slide enough down so that it contacted the motor's rotating gear enough to move the slide after about a 3-4 inch past the slip. Picture one is the bar I am talking about. If you look at the silver color on the left side you can see the wear, on the metal (no longer black paint), allowing the bar to miss the motor's rotating gear enough to slip out of full contact. The second video is the "slip" in action, The third video is the work-a-round I used with my hammer. I hope this work-a-round idea helps other. Does anyone know where I can order a new top bar that is not worn down like this one? Motor Stop video.MOV Jury Rig.MOV
  5. Good to know thank you Thanks to everybody for their feedback
  6. I went to the parts listing that are great forum has provided and found the part Number and went to Napa and got the parts so I am good to go. Thanks everyone
  7. I leave tomorrow for about a month long trip and my ignition switch is acting up (turning off by itself in accessory). Does anyone know of a NAPA (or other) part number for the ignition switch for a 2001 Monaco Dynasty ISC 370 Cummins Chassis? If you know if any other source I am all ears. Thanks in advance.
  8. Here are a couple from my 2001 Dynasty. Hope they help
  9. Stephen W, What kind of files are these? My downloaded files have the extension "*.heic", which I am not familiar with.
  10. I was a member of that club also. The last time I went in for servicing they said they no longer have that club so I don’t think you’ll find anything on it anymore
  11. Does anyone know where I can get one of these wiper fluid parts. It mounts on the front of the RV near the windshield wiper blade and connects the wiper fluid hoses inside the RV front to the wiper fluid hose going to the wiper. I broke the plastic part that was attached to the plastic threaded part in this pic, and it is hollow allowing the flow of wiper fluid through the middle of it. While I am asking, where do people buy their windshield wipers? Where do people buy the wiper fluid rubber tube/hose. I think mine are (.167" and .31")?
  12. Great advice, thanks for sharing about the leak alerts, gonna get me some, not sure how many I need though 🙂
  13. I should’ve been more clear. I need one that’s Wi-Fi to connect with my Wingard router. While Bluetooth is good, I need Wi-Fi. Is this Wi-Fi enabled?
  14. You have one similar to my 2001 Dynasty, here is some info that my be useful. Let me know if you have any questions. The image labeled IMG_1252" is not from my coach but may be useful. Bill
  15. I also believe it is a bad ground, because when I turn on my headlights all the readings on the gauges changes. I'm just reluctant to open up the dashboard and look for it with all the wires so short. I don't think I can pull out the dashboard very far, and I'm afraid I might pull of some wires accidently.
  16. I'm assuming the "Warning" light does not come on, on the dash, or you would have mentioned that. On my 2001 Dynasty ISC 370, the speedo has not been accurate since I purchased it from the original owner. The original owner said it has not been accurate for most of the time he owned the coach. After owning the coach for 4-5 years the warning light started coming on after about 10-20 minutes in to the drive but there were no performance issues, so I ran it like this for a while until I could get it in the shop. The shop said it was a speed sensor issue and replaced it (don't know where it was). It fixed the issue of the warning light coming on (after about 10-20 minutes in to the drive), but not the speedo issue. After using the coach 3-4 times now the warning light is coming back on again. I don't want to take it back to the same shop as they don't know what they are doing half the time, at least when working on my HWH system. I am planning to buy a fault code reader, but haven't figured out which one to by yet. I had the NEXAS Heavy Duty Truck Scanner NL102 OBD/EOBD+HDOBD Diagnostic Scanner Scan Tool but it could not read the speed sensor fault code when the warning light came on, even while I was driving and the warning light was still on and active, let along read the speed sensor fault code as a "history" fault code. The Cummins shop’s reader could read the code. Since my NEXAS device could not read the fault code, I’m returning it. FWIW, I also tried the VIDENT iEasy320HD Heavy Duty Truck OBD2 Scanner and it could not read the fault code so I returned that also.
  17. Really good point Frank I can pick up a really nice set up of slightly older HW/software for a cheap price and in engine is a 2000 so that would definitely work good for me. Thank you for the feedback
  18. Good Day. I am looking to purchase an engine fault code reader. I see many options, and am most interested in ones specifically designed for cummins engines. So far I have found several options and was wondering if anyone had used them. If so, what did you think? 1. Cummins INLINE 6 with Cummins Insite 8.5 Software for $260 2. NEXIQ® 126015 - NEXIQ Blue-Link™ Mini Software for $108, but this is a 9 pin device so I need a 9 pin to 6 pin adapter, which if I can get will cost around $100 more 3. Cummins INLINE 7 Data Link Adapter Cummins Truck Diagnostic Tool with Cummins Insite 8.5 Software for $455 4. Cummins INLINE 6 Data Link Adapter for $149 5. Cummins Inline Mini Datalink Adapter for $400
