  1. I have been using https://llumar.com/na/en/about/ for over 20+ years. I had it installed on the sides of our 07 Executive, from the lower belt line down. It was 8 years old when I Sold the Coach. We were full timers, so we did have that type of use and exposure. It was flawless. I have also had 2 vehicles 75% wrapped in it, in Las Vegas, and with the temperature there, and the grit on the roadways constantly, never had a single corner or edge failure. One vehicle has 120K miles on it, the other, 86K , so they are used daily. The wrapping on the vehicles are now 10 years old and still performing to an excellent standard one should/would expect. MANY car collectors use this, J Leno, to wrap cars when they buy them, and remove when they sell them. I would never consider those other 2 brands.
  2. Simple cheap slide BLOCKS. With the slide Closed, Measure from inside of the slide top flange, to the inside of the coach wall it seals too. Cut 2x10 blocks that length and simply lay up on top of the slide. Use a reminder of them of your choice. I stored them in a couch storage drawer.

  4. Reducing back pressure is an easy thing to do with obvious performance results. I had a 525 ISX in a 07 Executive , did the following changes to the intake and exhaust components. I replaced the OEM air cleaner with one from AFE, which had a washable filter element and more CFM capacity, same micron spec. Next i replaced ALL the pleated intake hose with rubber fittings and aluminum tubing from intakehoses.com. That's what truckers use. Got rid of all the air friction in the intake. Next was a resonator to replace the muffler from dynaflexproducts.com. Largest MFG. of class 8 truck exhaust components in the U S A. Did not like that so i went straight pipe. . Here is a picture of the results on a screen shot of my Aladdin system. Performance was great and my average CRUISING MPG went up. I cruised at 1350-1400 RPM, 61-62 MPH. AFE, https://afepower.com/ is out of California. YOU have to CALL them to get a filter element quote. NOT a standard web site catalogue item.
  5. Yep. Any good truck shop can do that, or order parts from that/those tag information . When a chassis issue, ALWAYS THINK TRUCK.
  6. I ran 108K 10 years full timing. Grease the front every 50K. Never a problem.
  7. Did Christianson say or did you ask them what fasteners should be used for your installation?
  8. Perhaps a CALL to Stromberg Carlson may provide what they recommend. The correct mounting hardware has to be addressed during the design of the product.
  9. Don't the air bags start to inflate as soon as you put the Tranny in gear??
  10. While having Service work done at the Monaco Service center in Lakeland, Fl. in the 2004-2006 time I saw many coaches being retrofitted with Stainless steel reinforcement sheets placed on the bottom of slides, to create additional strength for the path they traveled on during contact with the rollers. Couple of the tech's came up with the idea. That and the corner design were a design for ultimate failure. During our 10 years full timing, 2004-2014, I saw many coach owners do the modifications them selves. Groups of members with MI used to do it at Pre Rally's too. Options and choices are more abundant.
  11. Scotty; Curious if you have ever done what i suggested in my post on this subject on July 19th??? If you have, what condition did you view??

  13. Clean up the TAG on your axle and it will provide all the information you need to give to a truck shop that does that work.

    Dishwasher

Use hot tub components for that leak repair from HD or Lowes.
  15. WEIGH YOUR COACH. Four , or Six corner weight is the best, but single axle weights will be OK too. Fuel and water full. Black and grey tanks empty with your stuff on board. CAT scales at many truck stops. Tell the clerk you want to weigh a coach. There is an intercom at the scale so you can communicate with the clerk. There will be 3 platforms for3 axles. Steer axle on the first, Drive on the second, and if applicable, Tag on the third. Keep the ENGINE Running, so you stay at Ride Height.Get the print out from the clerk. IF you have a tag axle, you may have to adjust your DOWN pressure to move weight as needed, and after adjusting your down pressure on the tag, REWEIGH the coach. Now go to YOUR tire Mfg. inflation charts for the correct COLD inflation.
  16. Talked to the Original owner of a 2009 Executive the other day. He has a ISX 650 with 102K miles on it. Never had a issue. Not a full timer. Yah just never know. AND he does NOT have the Kongsburg Chassis Multiplex. Must be one of the very last ones around. I know of another Executive like that.
  17. 50/50 % of ATS and Acetone is the best penetrating agent i have ever used. Use https://boeshield.com/products/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw_5unBhCMARIsACZyzS1fNHOZY8Q1NCcDQ7aERFZyZQmDjgtkxmpJkfM1BUlwvw-2haJEvaAaAinEEALw_wcB and you will experience flawless performance . GREAT for the steps too.
