MHRookie
All, little direction needed on where to purchase the copper bar/plate material used in RRB and to hook up the ACR UNIT? Thanks in advance, Kurt
Jdw12345
I believe that others have been using McMaster-Carr.
jacwjames
You might check Ebay to see if there is something that will work https://www.ebay.com/itm/304712537845?var=603742074291&hash=item46f24856f5:g:4mwAAOSw~WZjfSSu&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAA0MKHcRaWpjKGPR%2BeNjdqcLJcjlAl69nECVJRUGO2OAz8ZZpda%2FXaUZNOvC0GU4b2n5UB4kVyEAI%2FCKgUky0FBea2X8uRFopcv6uBygzZ4WJY0bwq68oce3gSHg8oEYuV8j86Jo4pAqxK6RlVaAN9agKE9FlAhyO2ssY7bR3yQtRevrvPyDjiQLYnD%2BJ6hF1vmCEyS9gayGYc%2FZH%2B%2BiaIKn6pMoDEWtNm78a5SmBaLd0gTczY3YDjPkVn%2B2bqATObMmEfPATbxozRLU9Dy6S2Se8%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR4amsrC3Yg

Yoaks5
I got mine from Amazon. Ququyi Pure Copper Flat Bar 1/8"... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B1PRCKRX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Dr4Film
I also purchased mine from Amazon but mine is thinner than the one above. If you get one too thick it will be harder to bend into the shape you need. https://tinyurl.com/yu6n3fuh
Cubflyer
soft copper tubing (3/8") hammered flat will work pretty good, use a step drill/unibit to drill the holes.

I wondered if this would work. Didn’t know if hammering flat would be considered “loose” and possibly arc…..but then stranded wire is all loose. second, wasn’t sure if there was a thickness element since the 2/0 wires are what’s hooked to it. thanks!! Solution Cubflyer Posted August 4, 2023 Solution Share Posted August 4, 2023 Dr4Film's link to amazon is about perfect IMO... 1/12 of an inch is thinner than 1/8 inch... 1/8th=.125 1/12th =.078... flattened 3/8"copper tubing is about .063
georgecederholm
I also used 1/8” copper bar stock from Amazon in the 1” width for buss bars and numerous battery terminal extensions/adapters.
