  1. Not good news. You most likely have an older Aqua-Hot with the internal fresh water coil inside the boiler which has sprung a leak.
  2. As I have stated many times on this forum, I would not spend another red penny or my valuable time on repairing a NotSoCold, NeverCold or whatever else you want to call the piece of junk. Up to you, JMHO.
  3. Mike, how many AC's are controlled on the rear 5 Button Thermostat? If only one, then you could upgrade that thermostat to the 10 Button and be done with it. However, if it controls two like it does in my 42 foot Dynasty then you need to purchased the converter board to maintain use of your 5 button thermostat. Keep the new board to use later.
  4. Could this device be a Trailer Wire Conversion Box which should have a number of wires on the input side and most likely 4 on the output side. That will convert separate turn and brake signals into a combo unit. to use on a 4-way or 7-way connector.
  5. Using the dead-bolt is a more safer and secure way to lock the entry door. Those locks on the entry door handle are fairly generic and as far as I know there are not that many versions of the keys that open those locks. Pretty much the same for the bay door locks. Have you tried to go to a fairly large RV dealership where they most likely have all of the various versions used and available in their key inventory? Or possibly you could just swap out the tumbler assembly for a new one with a set of keys. I believe those entry door handle/lock assemblies are made by Trimark. https://www.trimarkcorp.com/sr/media/pdf/Service_and_Replacement_Rev5.pdf Here is the web link to the one available at Veurinks RV for $92 - https://shop.findmyrvparts.com/monaco-rv-paddle-latch-08704363-p/190039.htm
  6. Mike, That bolt head looks more like a 12 point Flange Head Bolt. Whether it is metric or not, won't know until you remove the bolt and match up the thread pattern to either standard or metric. If there is still play with a standard 12 point socket then I would definitely try the metric socket. Explanation of 12 Point Flange Bolts - https://www.aftfasteners.com/12-point-flange-bolts/
  7. Have you considered taking what you have to a Certified Leece-Neville shop to have it completely rebuilt?
  8. My Coolant Surge Tank on my previous Windsor with the ISC had a High Level Mark and a Low Level Mark. Maybe they were labeled Hot & Cold, I can't specifically remember. When the coolant was cold the level was close to the bottom mark and when it was hot at temperature it was at or over the high mark. How large is your coolant tank and how is it marked? Photo of Windsor Coolant Tank.
  9. Back in 2013, I had Banks install the Banks Power Pack to my 2002 Monaco Windsor ISC-350 which included a set of two new gauges, an EGT and a Boost. Loved the Power Pack and the EGT gauge. My boost went from about 24 to 32. Too bad they abandon the Power Pack due to their supplier had stopped producing the Ottomind Controller. Banks' sales department decided that it would not be profitable to design and build their in-house controller, bummer.
  10. I installed a large 38 inch Yamaha sound bar on the front TV because the built-in Samsung TV speakers were in the rear facing the windshield, not good. The sound bar solved that problem. Since the TV was an older version without a HDMI-ARC connector I use the optical cable to control the sound bar. Yamaha Sound Bar from Amazon - https://tinyurl.com/2e68j2wr The new Samsung QLED 4K rear TV for the bedroom has the HDMI-ARC connector so after extensive research and testing various sound bars, I finally found a smaller sound bar that worked for the rear TV. It is a 16 inch Zeerkeer sound bar from Amazon. I haven't mounted the sound bar yet. It is higher on my to-do list for this summer. 11. Did the key work properly before? The key has to move the tumblers inside before the key is allowed to be turned in either the lock or unlock direction. Explain exactly what you have determined other then "my key will not lock or unlock the door the door from outside." More specific explanation is needed before more troubleshooting can be supplied.
  12. You only have two to choose from, Ramco and Velvac. I would contact both companies to find out which one has the mirror section that would match your mount.
  13. I avoid the Baltimore/DC area at all costs when traveling from Florida to Lake Ossipee in New Hampshire and back home again. Done the 81 to 84 to 90 to 495 and finally 16 the white Mountain Highway north to Totem Pole Park many times. Have stayed at the Cabela's in East Hartford many times also. Great isolated place not that far off of the 84 freeway. The only section of 84 that I don't like is between Scranton PA and Milford PA.
  14. Some of us have had expensive lessons while owning these coaches. Welcome to the club! I belong to it also. I almost made the same mistake back in 2012 but luckily over dinner one of my RV friends laid out the pros (not too many) and cons (numerous) of going in each direction. I finally came to my senses and cancelled the service call at JC Refrigeration in Shipshewana, Indiana the very next day. Then I placed an order for the Samsung RF-197 to be delivered to Billy Thibodeaux's RV in Scott LA. That fridge is still working great after 11 years of non-stop operation and the new owners of the coach absolutely love it. I would not have purchased the Dynasty that we now have if it didn't have a residential fridge already installed. It also has the Samsung RF-197 and love it!
  15. Remove starter and have it load tested or just remove and replace with the one some members here have done to spin the engine better than the stock starter.
  16. Yup, sure did! When I read the OP's description where he stated that "the picture is of drivers side passenger side shows very lite marks but has not grooved it." Certainly looks grooved to me in the photo with the blue line around the tire but photos can be deceiving. That' why I totally missed seeing it. I thought the edge of the wheel was causing the bolt on the frame to be shiny. Thanks for pointing that out to me.
  17. The steel wheel is rubbing on the frame, not the tire. Just switching tire size will not change how the wheel is mounted.
  18. I purchased a cable tester many years ago when I was having issues with the Data cables, connectors and couplers. That tester saved me hours of time tracking down issues. This is the one that I have from Amazon. https://tinyurl.com/45ket44r I have used it for Data cables, telephone cables, Ethernet cables and coaxial cables. Saved me hours of time tracking down problems.
  19. Should be in the download section on this site.
  20. If you don't see any type of exterior exhaust vent on the outside near the microwave, then all of the hot cooking air is returning to the inside of the coach.
  21. Unfortunately, very few of our coaches were built with the Sharp cook-top fan exhausted to the outside. Most of them are vented to the inside. I had Elite in Harrisburg OR install an exterior exhaust outlet into the side of my Windsor. Then they rearranged the fan motor to blow the cook-top fumes out the side of the coach. Our Dynasty has no exterior exhaust outlet so I've been thinking about having Classic Coach Works in Ormond Beach do the same to the Dynasty. I ordered the vent from this place. They have two different sizes so you have to make sure you order the correct size for your coach and vent opening. https://rvandmarine.com/?s=Black+Microwave+Oven+Vent&post_type=product&type_aws=true
  22. A warm toilet seat can be a blessing depending on your location. Sure would be nice with outside Temps in the 40's today.
  23. My Windsor had a switch for the block heater which activated a relay to send power to the duplex where the block heater gets plugged in to. Never used it as it has the Aqua-Hot system. Plus, obviously it would only have 120 VAC power where either you had the generator running or you had shore power.
  24. So so sorry in your loss of Lilly. Yes, it is the very hardest thing to. I've done it way too many times already but this last time with Cody tore my heart out of my chest. He was 16 years and four months when his quality of life stopped. That's when you have to make the decision for them as they can't do it on their own. Take time to grieve. You have lost a close family member. It hurts. We now carry Cody with us in his cedar cremation box along with a wonderful 8x10 photo my wife had taken years ago whenever we travel. He loved to travel in our coach especially when he experienced snow for the very first time in Alaska. He was raised in southern California and we adopted him at 3 1/2 years from a family that was moving out of the country. I think about him everyday plus all of the love and joy he had brought to my wife and I.
