  1. On my 96 Dynasty, the ABS light would come on periodically for no apparent reason. There is a small sensor attached to the wheel which controls that function. Sometimes they get dirty or one of the wires is compromised. I've also had it activated when going too fast over a speed bump. It would reset itself once I got back on the road and exceeded, IIRC, about 30mph. I had no button/switch....Dennis
  2. The only issue I've experienced is many mobile home parks will not allow propane delivered to RVs. I assumed it was an insurance issue not RV related. I've only filled mine twice in 10 years and it was done by the RV park we stayed in....Dennis
  3. Here's the list and Amazon links, unless otherwise noted, if anyone wants to do the conversion.....products are available elsewhere, of course. Some a lesser prices.....Dennis 1.https://www.amazon.com/Camco-59123-Propane-Brass-Port/dp/B0014JG7RQ/ref=as_li_ss_tl/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1476650306&sr=8-1&keywords=B0014JG7RQ&linkCode=sl1&tag=rvgyoucha-20&linkId=4d498134d0e7ae320859fe116cb4fa3d 2.https://www.amazon.com/Mr-Heater-Throwaway-Cylinder-Fitting/dp/B000BQM8IU/ref=as_li_ss_tl/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1476597697&sr=8-1&keywords=B000BQM8IU&linkCode=sl1&tag=rvgyoucha-20&linkId=5502d9b52c7fb31cd6ba3ab25c8e4518 3.https://www.amazon.com/Hot-Max-24215-Pressure-Regulator/dp/B00D86IJBU/ref=as_li_ss_tl/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1476596188&sr=8-1&keywords=B00D86IJBU&linkCode=sl1&tag=rvgyoucha-20&linkId=72c36f36569ef98aa6e0e67c9e4c4655 4.https://www.amazon.com/Anderson-Metals-56122-Fitting-Nipple/dp/B003NXYB5Q/ref=as_li_ss_tl/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1476596645&sr=8-1&keywords=B003NXYB5Q&linkCode=sl1&tag=rvgyoucha-20&linkId=320516fd43b740bf2cc795edf07dbc52 5.https://www.amazon.com/Mr-Heater-Throwaway-Cylinder-Fitting/dp/B000BPGRXI/ref=as_li_ss_tl/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1476596282&sr=8-1&keywords=B000BPGRXI&linkCode=sl1&tag=rvgyoucha-20&linkId=524cc505499e7c86e605a51cec1688c1 6.https://www.amazon.com/Camco-59043-Propane-Extension-Hose/dp/B00192QBPQ/ref=as_li_ss_tl/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=sl1&tag=rvgyoucha-20&linkId=b503e8106d6cb23aa018ae0e343828e3 7.https://caloreequipment.com/products/5lpn-ball-valve-quick-connect-x-1-4-fnpt/ 8.https://caloreequipment.com/products/5lpn-male-plug-x-1-4-mnpt/ 9.https://www.amazon.com/Harvey-017065-Line-PTFE-Thread/dp/B000FKBXCE/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1517982285&sr=8-1&keywords=yellow+ptfe+pipe+tape&linkCode=sl1&tag=rvgyoucha-20&linkId=465a52b3126688ad5d02689d97724ba5 Total cost, $198.06 plus applicable taxes and shipping. 4. Paul, while head light switches aren't too expensive, I'd make sure yours is bad before ripping the dash apart. Often, when something fails, esp headlight switches, it's because of a faulty ground. First thing I'd do is check to ensure your ground wires are good. If nothing else use a jumper from a known good ground and see if your lights work correctly. If they do, either trace the grounds or run a new wire....Dennis
  5. Those that replaced their Norcolds already have a hookup for other appliances....unless, of course they removed the gas line when they did the conversion....Dennis
  6. This comes up periodically and the answer is usually the same. IF something unwanted ends up in the black tank, do not simply use the stinky slinky and hope for the best. The proper way is to employ a section of clear tubing so you can SEE what's coming through. Unless, of course you dump into a 55 gal drum and fish around in it for your unwanted object. Since you've already dumped and don't really know what you've dumped, I'd leave the sanicon removed for the time being. Using your flusher fill the tank as much as possible. If the toothbrush floats, some do, some don't, it'll float to the top. Use a flashlight or a endoscope to look for it. Endoscopes are cheap, Amazon then empty using the stinky slinky with a clear section. Another option is to place a piece of screen across the end of the slinky. Since you've already emptied the tank you shouldn't have too many solids to contend with. I realize it's a cra@@y job, but someone has to do it. I'd run several fills through and then reinstall the sanicon and hope for the best.....Dennis
  7. I had mine removed at a cost of 1k. Best thing I ever did. Wasn't 3M. Coach looked good until we spent most of the year in the humid southern climes of our great country. Humidity got behind the shield and started it cracking and molding.....Dennis
  8. Bob, Cob"U"rg vs Cob"E"rg. City founders are sensitive people....😁..Dennis
  9. 20 pages of reading and it's still early.....Thanks Ray, every day we need a reminder to check things we take for granted only too often .... Dennis
  10. Another way is to simply hit Ctrl+F......Dennis
  11. Notice the "U". Like the "O" for the Ducks....🤣 ...Dennis
  12. I believe PWhittle on this site is formulating replacement back up cameras. Perhaps he'll chime in. Get on a waiting list because once he's perfected it, as he has with the front cameras, there will be a long list. His designs are plug and play.....Dennis
  13. I stand corrected. Although mine is next to the other two, it sure seems weird to have contaminated fluids above drinking water....just sayin.....mea culpa......Dennis
  14. Gary, the fresh water tank cannot set below the waste tanks. Normal set up is fresh water NEXT to the grey water which sits above the black water tank.....Dennis
  15. Yes, mine has the ugly cameras below the mirrors...(head bangers even though you know they're there). I had one replaced under warranty and they are not cheap. I've gone over Paul's post several times and think new cameras would be an asset. That said, I'd also like to get rid of the Kenwood crap radio with it's flip open screen on the dash. We don't use the radio but the location mandates a flip up screen for the camera system and Aladdin system. I don't have the jr version. Ideally, I'd like to trash the radio and components and wire in some other system that would allow a camera view and still use the Aladdin. I'm just not savvy enough to be able to piece something together. I could probably install it without a problem but considering the expense of the various parts, I can't afford to 'guess' at what I might need. Much of the radio stuff is "Plug and PRAY" not Plug and Play.....Dennis
  16. As Jim Bob says, find another shop. I would NEVER provide a shop with dimensions as it's too easy to bail out if it doesn't fit, or for any other reason they choose. It's their shop, they are doing the work, they should do the measurements. Your tank may not be the same as someone else's......Dennis
  17. I added a 45 degree fitting to the rigid black plumbing to relieve the stress on that flex hose when it moves back and forth. Made a quick note to go on a diet while I was working in there. It does make it a lot easier to remove the drawers below the cooktop for access....Dennis
  18. While using Google maps and Google earth, I click on "What's Here", copy and paste the GPS coordinates and use that for my destination instead of a USPS address. Much more accurate and takes me to the front door. Also beneficial for fuel stops as I can determine easiest in and out. Google isn't good for much, but I do like those two things.......Dennis
  19. Thanks Chuck. I will save that idea. Cleaning it seemed to help....for now at least....Dennis
  20. Crawled around and got dirty today. Decided that mess needed cleaning before I played with it too much. There's a single ram that pushes and pulls. I found no fluid anywhere on any of the valves. I made sure all fittings were tight. A couple were not really tight but appeared to be tight enough. Anyway, I cleaned up the reservoir, hoses and fittings then tightened everything up. Zip tied a few wires Monaco had left hanging and washed the generator. Closed everything up and will monitor it for the next few days. As a bonus, I discovered a water leak under one of my compartments. Further investigation revealed my three water filter assembly had come loose from the sidewall and was now leaking. It was simple to fix as long as I bent my arms in the opposite direction than that which our creator deemed appropriate. Changed the filters while I had it apart and it took almost an hour to remount it..just another 10 minute job.....ugh!......Dennis
  21. Til they fart while the defroster is ON......😁🤣...Dennis
  22. I'd love to upgrade my system but it's way above my pay grade. I could learn though if either you or Paul want to do an instruction video. Hint hint.....I'm in awe and really jealous of what you've accomplished. I can change out what I have to upgrade but when it comes to adding stuff, esp, electrical gizmos, I get lost really easily.....nice work guys....Dennis
  23. Nice setup! Please find enclosed, my check in the amount of $250. Let me know when it's convenient for you to install it in my coach. Thank you.....Dennis
  24. Thanks Paul, I'll give it a shot today. Rain has gone away and sunny days are here again.....Dennis
  25. Did you have a regular duplex receptacle or one of those push in spread the ears kind? If it was the push in kind, I'd cut the wires, test them and replace the receptacle with a 'normal' household type. You'll have to get a "old work" blue box to replace the push in one, but it'll be worth it. I've replaced many in my rig including adding ones with two USB ports....Dennis
