  1. I've been getting my Aqua Hot parts from John Carrillo. He has very fast shipping. You could also have yours rebuilt at an electric shop. Products Archive ⋆ Heat My RV ~ John Carrillo
  2. Very nice motor home. That will be a Cummins C8.3L mechanical engine with an Allison MD3060 transmission. Hope you enjoy it.
  3. The air bag part numbers are on the bottom. You can't see them unless you remove the bag. Are you certain the bag is leaking and not the fitting or air tubing?
  4. Did you check the small push in circuit breaker on the side of the inverter? Most microwaves run on pass through from the inverter, so if the inverter circuit breaker is popped the microwave and a hand full of other outlets won't work.
  5. RV Glass solutions has a shop in the Phoenix area. When we visited they had electrical hookups. https://rvglassexperts.com/rv-glass-locations/
  6. Are you certain it's not the freshwater gravity fill hose? This hose goes through the rear wheel well and is notorious for cracking. For those of you that think "I really don't use the gravity water fill hose, so I'm not worried about it". Think again. When this hose breaks, the freshwater tank will only hold less than 1/2 tank. The rest runs out all over the place. http://www.irv2.com/forums/f115/fresh-water-gravity-fill-hose-1-3-8-id-350222.html
  7. Monaco used Bendix disc brakes. Up until 2005 they were Bendix ESD-225 brakes. The ESD use a bolt to hold in the pad retainer and the ADB use a pin. That's the easy way to tell them apart. The rear rotors may be Webb 26741XM7T, but you’ll have to confirm. These brakes are used on several different heavy-duty vehicles so you should be able to find parts. From the Benix manual: For standard Bendix rotors, cracks running in a radial direction — like spokes of a wheel (see Area H) — less than 0.06 in. (1.5 mm) deep or wide are acceptable if they do not reach either edge (see G). Cracks are only acceptable if the length of the crack is less than 75% of dimension “f” (the width of the rotor contact area).
  8. Yes, the gear reduction starter is much better and will increase cranking speed. Just make sure you don't get one of the knockoffs.
  9. I'm inclined to leave it alone if there are no signs of a leak. I would also be concerned about the country the new part was manufactured in.
  10. For original equipment parts I call Sue at Veurinks RV. 616.281.5111
  11. You'll have to remove the bags to see the part number. The Contitech AS9376 is the direct replacement for the Firestone W01-358-9376 used on many Monaco coaches. You might need 1/4 x 3/4" bushing, https://www.truckandtrailer.parts/Co...02_p_1477.html How do you know they need replacing?
  12. See Post 21 https://www.irv2.com/forums/f115/50-tv-install-in-overhead-lift-signature-executive-dynasty-and-navigator-362163-2.html I installed a 50" Samsung smart TV in our 2007 Executive. It should be very similar to your Dynasty. I gained the extra width by relocating the cabinet doors on each side of the TV.
  13. Okay. You're going to need the original control board (or one like it) for your front Penguin heat pump to function. The control board must have Heat Pump selected in the dip switch settings. Then we need to figure out which unit your Aqua Hot Furnace is connected to, front or rear. Look at the pictures you took and figure out which unit had Furnace selected. Change that control board dip switch to Furnace- On. You can try a few things. You could try placing both furnace dip switches on and see if that works. Or, if you currently have one control board with Furnace on and it's not working, then try the opposite unit. Once these dip switches are properly set, you must perform a thermostat reset. This configures the thermostat for the proper control settings. Then everything should function properly. Your questions about Differential and Stage dip switches: (Short answer is leave both off. Also leave the Gen start off.) Differential - Differential is the temperature difference between the “ON/OFF” cycle of the thermostat in the furnace mode. The normal differential is preset in the circuit board with the dip switch set to the “OFF” position. In some situations, it may be necessary to decrease the differential. The location of the thermostat may create a condition where the normal differential will not maintain your comfort zone. If this occurs, the differential can be shortened by placing the differential dip switch to the “ON” position. Note: Setting the differential dip switch should only be required when installation conditions are less than desirable and is not covered under the limited warranty. Stage selection - stage is not used on these units. Leave in the “OFF” position. Let me know how it goes.
  14. Several questions. Which control board did you replace? Did you copy the dip switch settings from the old control board? If not, do you still have it? Is either your Brisk Air or Penguin (and its control board) original equipment? Do you still have the original Dometic 5 button Comfort Control thermostat? (It would be very easy to reinstall it and perform a System Reset just for troubleshooting). Difficult to see your pictures. First, your Penguin II heat pump must have the heat pump dip switch on (assuming it's a heat pump). Do you have an Aqua Hot heat system? Did you perform a thermostat system reset when you installed the new control board? Also, when you set the Penguin II board to heat pump, make sure you perform another thermostat system reset. Attached is a picture of my Penguin II heat pump control board. Let me know how it goes?
  15. Open your engine acess door. Look on the right side, maybe 12" over from the engine. There is a covered panel. Most panels by now will have oil change stickers stuck on the cover. Remove the cover and your trailer light adapter is inside. Wires from it will route down to the trailer light plug.
  16. What model is your motor home? Did you check the rear electrical bay on the right side of the engine?
  17. No. The Aqua Hot exhaust does not weld onto the exit pipe. It slips in and then clamps. I used two stainless steel hangers from Summit Racing to secure mine. The factory hangers were not very sturdy. Replacing Aqua Hot Exhaust pipe hangers - iRV2 Forums
  18. The 2009 model "S" series chassis coaches came with a 315 tire. Wheel width for the 315 tire is slightly controversial. The original 315 tire specifications allowed mounting on an 8.25" wide wheel. But the guidance was revised a few years ago and now only shows the 9" wide wheel. The tire didn't change. But, for full load carrying capability it does require a 22.5 x 9" wheel.
  19. You should consider upgrading the front tires to 315/80R-22.5 size. Monaco factory installed 315 tires on the newer coaches. The advantage is you can run less air pressure at the same weight and the ride is smoother.
  20. Wow, that must be an awesome coach! I doubt the Kongsberg multiplex has anything to do with your trailer lights. These coaches require a 3 to 2 trailer adapter. This is because your coach has separate turn signals from the brake lights and trailers are combined brake/tail lights. I've had to replace this adapter on several coaches. It should be located inside the rear electrical box just to the right of the engine. The electrical box is covered so you'll need to remove the cover. https://www.amazon.com/CURT-56187-Powered-2-Wire-Converter/dp/B003AT2W54/ref=sr_1_9?crid=3IV3UPDYSTTR9&keywords=3+to+2+trailer+adapter&qid=1701966858&sprefix=3+to+2+trailer+adaper%2Caps%2C99&sr=8-9
  21. I would list it on RVTrader.com, RVT.com, eBayMotors, IRV2 classified, Facebook, and any other RV sales site. Post lots of pictures (40 or more). Spend some time drafting a good narrative. Allow 6 months for it to sale. Good luck!
  22. ATRO MO10000 bushings Review this post carefully. It has some good pictures. https://www.irv2.com/forums/f24/2007-45-s-series-chassis-welds-cracked-at-the-axle-483026.html You should also be looking at the main drive axle support H beam system. Several large Monaco coaches have had cracks in these steel beams. A 2005 Signature: https://www.irv2.com/forums/f115/bro...rs-538912.html Another failure: https://www.irv2.com/forums/f115/our...me-393124.html Make sure someone you trust crawls under there with a good light and inspects for cracks!
  23. I assume you have a 1 wire sensor? If so, then clean up the probe with some Scotchbrite. Also clean up the surface where the wire terminal attaches.
  24. Did you get your Magnum inverter working? Make sure your wiring/cables are connected correctly and the terminals are clean. Magnum has great tech support. 800-553-6418
