  1. I just needed these to repair my baggage door latches for my 2003 HR Endeavor..... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H5M93NZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  2. Thank you for providing a fine product! Enjoy your summer! I know I will thanks to your product!
  3. 1nolaguy, I understand the "Thick roof kit" I mistakenly thought that 7.5" would be long enough...... Ken
  4. FYI... The "thick roof" mounting kit for about $30 says: " Includes mounting kit (4 - 7 1/2"L bolts) " They may come in handy if the normal bolts included with the unit are too short.... and save trouble trying to make do with something else..
  5. These look like nice units! Per the internet........If the roof's thickness is greater than 3 3/8", you can purchase a thick roof kit Minimum roof thickness is 1"..... But I wonder if the "nuts" could be changed or "tapped" with a 1/4-20 tap so you could use the original bolts? Were you able to use the 'factory thermostat' that interfaces with the gas furnaces?
  6. This is what I did..... controllable, on, or auto, or off (disconnect)..... Normally run it in auto, batteries charge off either power source engine Alt or Generator thru Inverter. If running gen/inverter while driving I separate the batteries, ML-ACR in "off" to isolate the two power sources, otherwise "auto" all the time. Note: terminals from old relay are smaller than the ML-ACR lugs, use a "stepdrill" bit to open them up for ez install. Ken
  7. Adding to this, I had the same problem last summer, no compressor engagement... did what Kevin said, (assured the clutch on the compressor worked) then traced the problem to a switch/sensor up front (by the generator) on the freon lines .... jumpered that and the compressor engaged... I believe it is a 'low freon pressure switch'.... there must have been bad connections there as after 'playing' with the connections the system operated normally.... Ken
  8. My vote is leave it or fill it and paint the whole panel..... which will cost $$$ in paint and work..
  9. Guess you are going to leave the dent...? or is that an optical illusion? Ken
  10. This statement is not clear...... you 'live in your coach', but are you traveling in your coach??... If you are not taking it out on the road, the tires only need to hold air, they do not need to look good or be safe..... When do you plan to travel again? If not soon, you can clearly delay purchase. Ken
  11. Generally agree with Stewart but.... coaches get modified, and may have a Automatic relay control in place of the 'normal' chassis/house battery relay... just be aware and check what you have.... Also, a easy way you can tell is check your chassis battery voltage while on shore power.... if being charged, the voltage of the chassis battery will be very close to the house battery voltage and both should be more than 12.4 volts Ken
  12. Sounds like your system is not one I'm familiar with, sorry I can be of no help to you. Paul Whittle may be able to help... Ken
  13. To better understand what is happening..... you are saying that with a voltmeter on the batteries, you operate a "large load' (like a slide motor) and other 12v components (like light bulbs) go dim, (voltage drops), but the meter on the batteries does not drop? Ken
  14. I see it ! I had searched for 'Icon A/C cover' using their search "engine" with no Joy.... Thanks! They are priced like the one I bought last fall that was NOT an Icon... Ordered another one for my rear A/C....... Ken
  15. Ivan, I can't find the ICon brand ones on Amazon.... can you post a link please? Ken
  16. "They".... funny,...... "they" the oil companies price and source their product. "They" the politicians (any party) do not... when they do, you cry 'socialism'.... Guess you are not old enough to remember Nixon's Wage and Price Controls... I am, It did not work then and it will not work today. I'm with Dick and Sandy..... Be glad you can even buy fuel and food and have homes (on wheels or otherwise). We, Americans are in no position to complain about the price of fuel even at current $6 plus levels..... based on my earnings in 1968 and the price of fuel then.... $6 is about right, so I've had 50+ years of 'discounted fuel'. Again, Oil Companies price their product here in this country. Ken
  17. Icondirect.com was recommended to me at the "gathering"... They sound like they are made of better (thicker, more durable) material than the one I bought on Amazon. I was ok with the Amazon quality... but also hope to not have to replace the cover again.... might have been worth the price difference to go with Icon, if I had known about them... Ken
  18. I believe there are many posts about that common problem....if not there should be..... (I had the name wrong, not "TALON", but "Talin" ) Here is a link to a company that sells a kit, (it can be either owner installed or they can install them at their FL service center) http://talinman.com/how-to-purchase/ Chris and Bethany.... they were major contributors at our February Gathering in Seffner, FL..... Good People! Ken
  19. Ted, I noticed in your photo that it appears you have the beginning of slide floor failure where the bedroom slide rollers ride... aft ones only at this time.... This is a good time to catch this, and install stainless steel plates from Talon. Ken
  20. So I'm lost and confused..... how is a PTO used on a motorhome? A bush hog or tiller attachment??? Honestly do not understand....
  21. Fire Fight Products around Orlando area.. www.firefightproducts.com Did presentation at Gathering last month Ken
  22. I found my mirror in the same condition, only drivers side, they look just like yours...... small GLS602 engraved into the bottom center of mirror... found on Amazon for @$60
  23. I totally agree with you Chargerman, the fact that he said his coach was wandering, something that a loose steering does not 'cause', was what I was trying to point out. All vehicles, RV's, Trucks, cars, boats, motorcycles, go carts...etc. should track straight, and should not 'need' to be 'held' straight with 'tight' steering. I also, would suggest he should look for other worn components. If all those are good and the coach still wanders, there is an inherent designed-in issue with the RR8 Chassis. There needs to be more than one 'pan hard rod' holding the "H" frame square to the coach. There is only one panhard rod and it 'allows' the H frame with the axles attached to 'squirm' under the coach which sends the coach off a straight track with any outside influence (bumps, dips, wind, road ribs). The Watts Link (MonacoWatts.com) controls that 'squirming' of the front H frame and (in this case) the tag axle helps the rear. Ken
  24. My question first is there something wrong with your current steering box? Does the coach go where you steer it? Or does it wander around and you can’t keep it going straight. If it does not go where you steer it then you may need another steering box, if it wanders around at every bump or change in road surface or truck passing, you need suspension work or improvements. My coach needed suspension improvements, my steering box (non TRW) directs the coach just fine…. Since adding “watts link” and “crossbars” to my RR8R suspension the coach tracks great…. It used to take off in a different direction at every bump, dip and passing truck.
