  1. Unfortunately, you are experiencing the same problem that I experienced. The shop replaced the evaporator in the refrigerator, and it run fine for about 6 months and freon was low again. The shop had the refrigerator for several weeks and never was able to locate the leak. All my problems developed just a few months after the warranty expired.
  2. I had the same problem with my RF18 in my coach, it worked fine for over 5 years before the problem developed. I couldn't find any refrigeration repairman willing to service it in place even though the compressor was accessible from the outside of the coach. I removed the refrigerator and took it to the shop, and they found it low on Freon and they found a leak in the refrigerator evaporator, and it was replaced it. I reinstalled the refrigerator in the coach and within 6 months developed the same symptoms, freezer not freezing. I removed the refrigerator from the coach for the second time and returned it to the shop. They had it in the shop for several month and chased several leaks and made repairs but were never able to prevent the Freon from leaking out. Their concussion was that the leaks were caused by corrosion on the inside of the tubing in an area unaccusable to repair. All of this was happening during COVID and refrigerators were in short supply. It just so happened that the shop had a used RF 19 that was the same outside dimensions of my RF 18 and I purchased it and installed it in my coach. So far so good, just keeping my fingers crossed. Jim
  3. I replace the shoes at 93K miles. The pads were probably 50%, drums had signs of surface cracks, so I just change them since I had the wheels off.
  4. I just did a brake job on my 04 Holiday Rambler Endeavor that included shoes, drums and hardware kit. I was able to get all of the parts from FLEET PRIDE at a reasonable price. If you go to their web site, you will find a search box to enter your Make, Year, Model and VIN number and it give you a parts list of all of the parts that they stock for your vehicle and list price for each item and all the location of the nearest store. Hope this will help you and save some $$$$. Jim
  5. Check the oil level in you jack reservoir. The jack down alarm is activated by float switch in reservoir. Sorry for the repeat response. Jim
  6. I was able to get the Samsung RF18 thru the door on my Holiday Rambler Endeavor, It did require removal of the screen door and removal of doors on the Samsung. You will also need to remove the driver and passenger seats.
  7. Manufacturers of oversize sheets of marine plywood are almost nonexistence. Alternatives include a product called PUZZLE WOOD; it's made of marine grade. plywood and CNC machined to create interlocking pieces like a picture puzzle.
  8. Sorry to hear of your loss, I know so well what you are going through. Our pets are out therapy. Jim
  9. You might want to check the Belt Line where the roof is fastened to the side.
  10. I had similar problem a few year ago after changing fuel filters. Remove both newly installed fuel filters several times and still wasn't starting. Had another set of new filters on the shelf, filled both filters with clean fuel and installed them. Cycled the key switch several time, then cranked engine, started eight up. Just assumed that one of the filters didn't seal properly.
  11. Thanks for everyone's response, I've decided not to dig into it until it gets warmer. I have a nice garage to store it's not needed. If I don't find anything simple to fix. I'm going to install the SEElevel system. Thanks, Jim
  12. Not sure where you are checking voltage at the water pump. If you are checking on the motor side of the pressure switch, your problem most likely is the pressure switch.
  13. The tank read correctly (all lights on) when tank is full. The Full light will go out as water is drained but the remaining lights remain on as water is used, even when the tank is empty. The coach is a 2004 Holiday Rambler Endeavor.
  14. Once you release the latches and pull the carriage out you should have full access to the back of latch handle There are to set screws that secure the latch handle to the chains. When pulling the latch handle there the 2 levers should pull the chains that release the 2 latches. By loosening the set screws, you can shorten the chains. JIm
  15. I'm reluctant to offer any advice without having the electrical schematic. If you have it available, please post. I did install an ACR in my 04 Holiday Rambler Endeavor because the factory wiring didn't provide charging of the house batteries with the chassis alternator when driving down the road. I did remove the Trombetta and wired the ACR in it's place. Your pictures suggest that your coach has an isolator that combines the two batteries systems, my coach didn't have one. I would need your wiring schematic before I would advise you to remove the isolator. Hope this information doesn't confuse you with installing of your ACR, Jim
  16. You need to put an amp meter in the circuit to determine how much current the clutch coil is drawing. The maybe a partial short in coil.
  17. The ice maker is OFF when the light ON
  18. The intake heater will continue cycling until the engine temperature reaches a pre determined temperature. The RPM' will vary as the load on the alternator changes. What you are seeing is normal. Jim
  19. I recommend you purchase the ScanGageD and you can view all of the ECM values plus fault codes. Cost around $150 at Camping World when on sale.
  20. Most any sheet metal shop can duplicate the skin. On my 04 HR the skin is pop riveted to the frame.
  21. Contact the REV GROUP for a build sheet for your coach is your best chance.
  22. Did you search Spicer to see if any of your numbers showed up on their parts list. The a axles were listed by their weight capacity and different components had parts numbers.
  23. My 04 HR Endeavor has Spicer front end. I was able to find tag on front axle part number and was able to identify components on their web site.
  24. I was having problems with my Samsung RF18 refrigerator with the refrigerator evaporator freezing up. Has repairman come and check it out, found low on Freon. $200 for service call to determine that Freon was low, install service tap and recharge. Dye was introduced system, found leak in refrigerator evaporator coil. $600 parts and labor for repair. Control board is located on outside top of refrigerator. If you look on top you will see the enclosure. My refrigerator was over 5 years old and out of warranty.
