I ordered it from PDX RV LLC. 16.33 with delivery.
I might have a different problem. I can’t seem to jump wires to get it to work. Is there a separate fuse somewhere?
Old Dog,
I ordered a switch, can I cross wires or something till it comes?
Tom,
I will print out your info you sent and try. Thanks, I am 75 and this isn’t easy.😊 my grandkids aren’t around. This site has been so helpful.
thanks
Having trouble getting my toilet to flush or add water. I have Paul’s new controller and it is working fine. Problem is switch which I can’t seem to figure out how to remove or replace. Any ideas?
thanks for your help
I had the same problem with my sig. there is a sending unit on top my tank and I had to adjust it with a short Philips screwdriver past full and then back it off till correct according to my manual. Good luck.
I am in southern Wisconsin for the summer and have been having trouble with gnats all summer coming from my drains. Tried home concoction and commercial fruit fly products to no avail. Any ideas?
thanks Paul b
The stair company sent me a new motor which was wired wrong for 250 and when I called them they said I needed the updated components for 650. I gave the old motor to a guy at my local Napa and offered him 100 to find me a motor. He found it in California Napa for 85 including shipping. He gave me all the info on where the motor comes from.
good luck,
paulb
Mine wood stutter, then work or as it got worse would go part way in the need help to finally close. I cleaned all the contact and no help. When I pulled the old motor apart it was dry and grease had solidified. Worked for a long time for all the use it got.
I have the same tranny with a Detroit series 60. Mine will run close to 200 most of the time and get to 240 on long hill climbs. I was in AZ this winter with lots of climbing and never had any issues running 24-260. I think I would change all sensors before I spent the money on anew tranny. They should be able to look at shift solenoid, shift plates and lots of things that are easy fixes . I also changed all my filters and use transynd about 5 years ago. I think some time these guys think we are a gold mine to plunder. I don’t mean to bad mouth anyone but I get tired of guys scratching their head and telling me I need to spend thousands of dollars to find out what is wrong.
good luck
Mine did the same thing in Missouri at a small 10 lot site. Turns out the whole park he’d the same issue after I checked the other sites. The owner. Fought in an electrician and did the repairs. Watchdog dod what is was supposed to do.
Some one posted a link to someone selling replacement gears for the power reel a while ago. I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know what it was?
thanks
I am 75 and greasing my coach once a year. Get cardboard to slide orotund on to do the work. I paid to have my oil changed on my car about 10 years ago and discovered they charge for grease and oil change and only changed the oil filter. I don’t trust anyone anymore and it gives me a chance to clean and do a thorough cleaning of the undercarriage.I also enjoy the thought of saving money.
I don’t know if it helps but I first got a code when claiming hills in Virginia last year. The light would go out when going down and on when climbing. It eventually stayed on and I had loss of power and could not get over 50 or shift out of 5th gear. I changed all the filters and eventually the wiring harness for injectors . Runs great now. Good luck.
I had the same problem last year with my 05 Series 60 and after 4 mechanic’s telling me it was number 4 injector and I should replace all 6 while I was at it a truck shop read the codes and said it was a injector harness shorting out and was the problem 9 out of ten times with that motor. I changes the harness myself for 280.00 and it runs smoothly and pulls hard now. Mine showed the same symptoms. Good luck
