What length is your Dynasty? Our 42' Signature should be similar. It's an "S" series chassis. RR designates rear radiator and you have a side radiator. The drive axle brakes are disc.

Yes. The original Heliotrope RV45D charge controller will easily handle your three 200w panels. I would parallel the 4-gauge wire with the existing wire. Unless you're going to use it to pull the new wire through. The existing wire runs from the roof down behind the refrigerator to the basement, then across the basement ceiling to the passenger side to the charge controller.

I'd leave the original Heliotrope solar system and devote it to your chassis battery. Or, you could also try connecting your four new 200w panels to your existing Heliotrope charge controller. I have three 225w panels connected to mine and have never exceeded it's 45 amp capacity. Panels lying flat on the roof never approach their rated output.

Many times when you have a turn signal or tail light issue it's caused by the trailer tail light connector wiring. Inside the rear electrical run box (just to the right of the engine) is a 3 to 2 wire tail light converter. It is used to convert the separate tail light/turn signal on your coach to a combined tail light turn signal on a trailer. Check this converter and the wiring down to the 7-way trailer tail light receptacle.

You have a 12v issue. It may be with the batteries or the Intellitec multiplex system or both. What type and how old are your batteries?

Premium Coach Group in Gilbert AZ had a 2009 Signature a few years ago. The owner (an IRV2 member) sold it to them because he was unable to repair the Kongsberg system. The guys at Premium coach Group were able to repair it somehow.

Wow, I love the newer Signatures. The Cambridge is a 1 1/2 bath model and one of my favorites. It makes me very sad to see this.

These are custom made by the coach builder. I had to have a new Onan generator tail pipe made. Our original was mangled when we bought the coach. I purchased a new exhaust pipe adapter from Onan and a length of stainless exhaust pipe tubing. I took it to a muffler shop with a detailed drawing. He bent the tubing and I did s trial fit and we had to mske a couple of adjustments. We then welded on a chrome tip and it was done. I had help from an IRV2 member with a similar coach.

Usually when a pump doesn't start it's either the armature is bad, or the pump impeller is sticking. You could try taking it apart to see if it spins freely. I saw on IRV2 that lots of the newer Newmar and Entegra folks are having pump issues. One of them posted an alternative pump that is much cheaper.

The 2002 Windsor is a great coach. They are getting difficult to find. It is built on the Roadmaster RM8H chassis and does not have the trailing arm issue. In 2002 it will have the Cummins ISC 350hp engine. Some folks prefer the slightly newer coaches with the 400hp Cummins ISL. Whether to buy it or not depends upon condition.

Monaco diesel coaches came with furniture made by Villa International.

Many of the early coaches came with the large "8D" deep cycle batteries. They rarely last more than 3 years and are expensive as well difficult to handle. I replaced ours with Trojan T-105 GC-2 size golf cart batteries. They are heavy duty 6-volt batteries designed for constant discharge/charge. Our last set lasted almost 10 years. You will need four GC-2 6volts to replace the two 12v batteries. Make or purchase two small jumper battery cables to go from + on one to - on the other so they form two 12volt pairs.

Some suggestions. Make sure you're stopped or under 5mph, neutral or 1st gear, and house power on. Also, it may not visibly lift the axle. It may just barely take the weight off. From the manual: The tag axle raises in the following modes: • Interior house power must be ON. • When the switch is on and the transmission is in Neutral, Reverse or First Gear. • With the tag axle in the up position there is not a specific height requirement other than the tire should be off the ground. Tag Axle Switch On: • The tag axle switch supplies 12 Volt DC to the air valve located at the roadside rear. • The rear air valve applies air pressure to both tag axle lift chambers to raise the axle. • Air pressure in the tag axle air spring is released. The tag axle remains up in reverse, neutral, first gear or until the switch is turned off. Adjusting the tag axle load: Changing the amount of weight carried by the tag axle affects weight distribution between the tag, drive and steering axles. The amount of down force applied to the tag axle is controlled by the amount of air pressure in the tag axle air bags. An adjustable pressure regulator located in the engine compartment sets the amount of air pressure in the tag axle air bags. Regulator pressure is preset at the factory and may require adjustment to obtain the proper weight distribution on all axles. To determine the correct setting of the pressure regulator, weigh the motorhome after it has been loaded for travel. NOTE: The tag axle pressure regulator valve is located in the engine compartment on the roadside.

IF the under slide lights are controlled by the CCM, then there may indeed not be a fuse. Quote: The CCM uses electronics for current limitation of circuits rated up to 12 Amps. Any circuit rated 12 Amps or less, in many instances, will be fused electronically instead of by a mechanical fuse or circuit breaker. When a command is given to turn on a specific circuit (fog lights for example), the CCM will continually monitor the fog light circuit to prevent overload, such as a short circuit to ground. If an over-current condition should occur (short), the CCM will electronically turn off power to the circuit. The CCM will log the fault into memory and that information can be retrieved by a service technician. When the problem is corrected, the circuit is automatically reset through electronics.

I don't think there are any waterlines running through the floor. Could the water be coming from and adjacent sink cabinet or shower? Or maybe the wet bay is under this portion of the floor. Have you checked the basement under this area? There is an accumulator under there as well as the pump and storage tanks.

Turn on your Aqua Hot diesel switch and let it run through a complete cycle. Then check each zone for heat as well as hot water. After that check your lights.

I had a shock stud break on the left rear. I drilled it out using a small diameter cobalt bit and then opened the hole up using a carbide burr. I then used a grade 8 bolt and nut with a spacer to mount the new shock. That should work on yours. However, it's difficult to understand how the original air bag could survive almost 20 years of rubbing and just now fail. I would inspect both upper and lower mounts to see what has happened and certainly install a new shock. Good luck!

Yes, Twomed has the easiest idea. Paul W first told me about it, and it works well. I fill the tank the day prior and overnight the water in it warms up to basement temperature. Then this basement wate rtank water mixes with the Aua Hot to make warmer shower water. Also, your electric element will raise the Aqua Hot reservoir by an additional 10 degrees but it takes a couple of hours.

The 2006 Monaco Signature calls for 9" between air spring mounting plates (diagram on page 300). This height should be maintained within ¼ inch. Like Don said, the 2008 owners manual does not list the details that are in the 2006 manual. Adjusting Ride Height Preparations to adjust the suspension ride height: • Park the motorhome on a fl at, level surface. • Fully charge the air system. • Turn ignition on. • Ensure suspension is at normal ride height. • Ensure air level system is in travel mode. Start by checking the distance in the front. 1. Measure the distance between the mounting plates of the air springs. 2. If the measurement is off, loosen the adjusting lock nut at the eccentric slot on the valve. 3. Move the plastic arm up to raise suspension height and infl ate all the front air springs. Move the plastic arm down to lower suspension height and defl ate the air springs. Make adjustments in small increments. 4. After obtaining the specified distance, insert a 1/8" or 7/64" twist drill bit into the plastic arm and valve body. This will center the travel of internal piston. Tighten adjusting lock nut between 60 to 80 in/lbs. 5. Check adjustments made by using the Air Dump switch to deflate air springs. Start the engine and allow the air system to become fully charged. Allow the suspension to adjust and come to a neutral setting. 6. Re-check the suspension height measurement. Follow the same procedure for each rear control valve. 7. Re-check the front suspension height after adjusting the rear height control valves. NOTE: DO NOT modify length of the linkage rods. Make necessary adjustments using eccentric slot on the ride height control valve.
