  1. To be clear, when I repair the gauges, I remove and re-install the bezel. You can see this has happened from the rear, but not when it is installed. I 3D printed a mount to protect the bezel. I posted the print on Monacoers.org for the DIY people with access to a 3D printer. Paul
  2. The gauges are just diary chained together. On mine one wire from another gauge or the cluster into C, then one from D to E, then one wire from F to G. H remains open. Whichever way the cables fit/route easiest. Paul
  3. I rebuild them, but if Faria still does it, send it to them as they likely have a supply of bezels which I don’t. I am traveling out of the country for most of December, so if you need it soon, PM me. Paul
  4. @Frank McElroy and I can fix most Intellitec issues. We have backups of most, if not all, years. We can backup and program CPU’s and switch panels. I have helped an owner whose Intellitec CPU was water damaged get his coach operational again. I have been successful at replacing faulty switches on switch panels. I will happily make you a backup or program a CPU or switch panel for you. No charge. I have a small number of Intellitec spares, including CPU’s, that I have bought when I can find them. I don’t need more than one, but I buy them so other owners can keep their coaches working. I will sell them to you if you need them. I charge to replace switches on switch panels. It takes a while to do and verify they are operational. I have also been successful at repairing the Faria Beede gauges in the 2005+ Signatures and Execs. I charge for that too as it takes time to open up the gauges and do the repair then reseal them and test them. I shared all the info here so owners could do it themselves if they were so equipped. Any money I get is only used to buy more equipment or for other RV projects that often help others. Paul
  5. Hi Dennis, I was not suggesting buying the gateway. That was the simplest way to show people what the gateway looked like. I sent you a PM. Paul
  6. On the Faria systems, the air lines terminate at the Faria Gateway. The Gateway also has other sensors/transducers as well as an interface to the J1939 bus. On our 2005 Signature, the Faria Gateway is mounted on the ceiling of the first or second bay on the Driver's side. Faria Gateway GW0015A - Northwest RV Supply (nwrvsupply.com) Paul
  7. My gauges continue to operate fine after the fixes. The time consuming part is removing the bezel and crimping it back. Paul
  8. This matches the top and bottom hinge. https://www.ebay.com/itm/154214828243 DA61-03230B Samsung Hinge OEM DA61-03230B My bottom one broke and I 3D printed one which I installed on the top without the spring. I also ordered the one above and it is a match. I’ll take a look at the middle hinge tomorrow Paul
  9. You should come through the Atlanta area and stop in so we can take a look. Paul
  10. I was able to do that because our motorhome had one that failed. I don’t have access to a Thetford Tecma mechanism. Paul
  11. H Buzz, Do you mean the 110V outlet for the Tv that is disabled when the ignition is turned on? Paul
  12. I have replaced the joystick on some. I think I have some spares too. Best is to repair yours as I have seen a couple different models (with and without beepers), but I think they are all compatible. I even got better at printing the bezels. Please PM me if interested. Paul
  13. I mounted my BMK shunt by the inverter. Paul
  14. Do you have another one of the same modules? You could switch them over by setting the dip switches on each module. And see if the issue follows the module. Paul
  15. Hi Ray, We have found that the need for the kit is not really important, and not worth the price it would end up being for me to put together and support. The same program was used for all coaches in the same year, and we typically have backups of a coach that will work on yours if the controller were to fail. Also the failure rate of the controller is very low. The two I know about that failed we’re caused by water intrusion or 120v on the multiplex bus. I don’t charge for backups or programming your equipment. I do charge for repairs (to keypads) or if I have sourced a keypad or controller and you would like to buy it. My phone number is on my profile, or PM me. I am north of Atlanta. Paul
  16. Marinesan.com is another supplier. https://marinesan.com/base-seals-m-o-plug/ Paul
  17. @Scotty Hutto just up the road is Sleepy Hollow Rebuilders. 13357 Cumming Hwy Cumming, GA 30040 (770) 887-2649. Ira is second gen and took over after his Dad retired. He has always been very fair with me. Paul
  18. The mounts are an Intec part, but I believe they only sell them with their cameras. I will take a look to see what I have here, especially as you are mounting one of my camera kits in it. 😀 Let’s talk tomorrow. Paul
  19. Hi Bill. I cleared out my inbox, so PM's should be available again. Windsors typically have a system without a CPU to backup. The Intellitec functions are often limited to controlling lights and fans, and they just use switch settings to set the address on the output modules and program the switch panels to the same addresses and outputs. The Multiplex bus master signal can come from the power shedding module, or a separate Bus master Module. Paul
  20. My skylight has been looking the worse for wear and I broke it cleaning the coach. I was able to Eternabond it back together for the current trip, and started looking for replacement parts. Originally it was a smoke outer dome, a clear, pebble finish inner dome, and an inside garnish piece. The part numbers match a 22x30 and I see Specialty Recreation has replacement parts. SL2230S is the smoke outer dome (also available in white as SL2230W http://www.specrec.com/skylights/rectangular-skylights/SL2230S N2230 is the clear inner dome http://www.specrec.com/skylights/rectangular-skylights/N2230 N2230D appears to be the inner garnish including a clear inner dome and looks like it is an alternative to using N2230 and keeping the old inner garnish. http://www.specrec.com/skylights/rectangular-skylights/N2230D Has anyone tried these parts, especially the garnish incorporating the inner dome and not installed the separate N2230 inner dome? Paul
  21. Hi Trae, By the time I put a kit together and be ready to support owners, it was more costly that the individual owner exposure. I did help one owner whose CPU was damaged by water intrusion. It was a 2006 Signature, and I had a backup from another 2006 Signature that I was able to program into a replacement CPU and bring his motorhome back to life. I do have backups from a 2009 Navigator and a 2009 Signature, so likely we could recreate yours. A couple of other options: If we are ever together, I will make you a backup. I am in the Woodstock, GA area. if you wanted to take out the controller and send it to me, I’ll make a backup and send it back to you. Paul Whittle.
  22. They have been on for 18 months now. They have some cracks, but I think I bought 10, so I can change them out soon. I also changed the way the chrome tube is held in there using hose clamps, so they will be easy to change. Paul
  23. On our 2005 Signature, they were these: SBR Rubber Grommet, for 2" Hole Diameter and 3/32" Material Thickness https://www.mcmaster.com/9600K63 Paul
