    Sanicon

I had a sanicon . Sold coach in 2014. It was an 07 Executive. Memory says there are 2 long screws that go end to end. I removed the nuts and washers and removed a end where the impellers are. I think that's your problem. The impeller blades are at the inlet end.

    Download the manual. Paul A
  7. I by passed the regulator on the LP tank. Paul A
  8. I installed a Ball check valve, then a quick disconnect on the black LP service pipe running to the curbside from the LP tank . After using the appliance, turn the ball check valve off, and you will burn off the LP left in the hose, before disconnecting it. No pressure in the hose line. We had a grill mounted in a basement custom built tray slide. Loved it. The grill was on it's own slide, and could be removed and placed elsewhere for use when staying an extended period of time. I also had a 30" hose for that use. We were full timers, so we also had a 60Lb. combo/fridge/freezer on the slide behind the grill. Very handy and cut down the trips into the coach. Her are a few pictures. Paul A

  10. This is an old post i had filed away, posted by another member. In March I requested help with determining the pounds for a "2004" Dynasty engine compartment door but failed to get the information needed, so did my own research and will pass this along for anyone interested. The struts were ordered through Suspa for less monies than some of the other suggested sites. The struts were made by the following: "2004: Dynasty--Part #C16-12181--150lbs each Suspa Inc (esupport@suspa-inc.net)3970 Roger B Chaffee Mem Dr SeGrand Rapids, MI 49548616-241-4200 That flexible ducting you are considering replacing causes a huge amount of "air friction" That's why truckers use rubber fittings and aluminum tubing for the air intake . Here is a link, https://www.intakehoses.com/ to a great site with all the items you need to convert to that. Room may be an issue for you. I did it on a 07 Executive with a ISX 525 Cummins. Paul A
  11. I had a US Gear Tow Braking system. POS. I then went to a M & G Braking system. 10 years full timing and no problems. Simple, and consistent. Paul A
  12. My experience was that the "Calender "year 2008 was when the problems started to manifest and multiply on the Monaco brands. The 2007 Executive we ordered and took Factory delivery on was delivered on 6-30-2006. Titled as a 2007. Monaco purchased Cummins engines in large lots, so you will find 2009 Models with no emission mandated equipment on them. Build dates are important to keep in mind. Paul A
  13. Attached is a photo of the FRB in the 07 Executive we had ordered, which was delivered to us on 7-1-2006. No Chassis Multiplex. Paul A
  14. A ball peen hammer works best to tighten the door scissor. Google; grade 60 tinners rivet, to read some application and sequence to flattening a rivet. Paul A
  15. "New seal for Engine hump latch"???? Do you mean, "Hatch"?? Paul A
  16. I had a work surface made to match our Corian in the coach. Took a sink cover to a Kitchen Remodeling business. We used it on a Basement tray that had a freezer/fridge combo, TV, and Grill as well as complete storage area. The work surface is directly behind the TV. Paul A
  17. Looks like a cold weld was applied by the original welder. The welder did not align the weld to the root of the joint which would have provided maximum penetration and strength. Notice how the crack goes up towards the end . It followed the least points of strength and resistance. One of the contributors to failure of the weld. The undercutting at the right end of the weld is another contributing factor. Paul A
  18. Please provide your battery and engine information. The length of the cable required may be an additional consideration for you to address. Paul A
  19. There is also a good write up in the files section on the FB site; Monaco RV Owners group. Paul A

  21. Busnut Bob; Are those Vorad Sensing pads on the inside of the Genny Access door? Paul A
  22. Looks like the switches pictured here are mounted on material that have a crack at the screws areas on the left in the photos. Paul A
  23. I would think a simple 4 sided enclosure around the compressor with ceiling tile would diffuse the noise. Also mount on a rubber kneeling pad would help reduce transmission. Another member on this site installed the compressor in a basement compartment and did some sound proofing that was very effective. Paul A Dennis; A few members have removed the LP tank and went with the smaller portable tanks for LP. You have to address the various uses you have for the LP from a point of what regulators are needed as you did when the tank was in place.. A great storage space for long items as well as what ever you prefer. AS they say, " I have ideas i have not even thought of yet" Paul A
