  1. Roger Berke is the best in the country! When I first purchased my coach in California where I was living at the time Roger was the ONLY one I would trust working on my Aqua-Hot. Now when we are here in Florida for the winter I only go to the Hitching Post of Ocala to have their AH tech, Butch, work on my Aqua-Hot. Hopefully you have signed up on his Aqua-Hot forum also.
  2. To my knowledge there is no High Limit Reset however my older Aqua-Hot has two High Limit Thermostats, one for the diesel and one for the electric assist. They are located in the Thermostat area of the Aqua-Hot.
  3. I don't know exactly but it has to fill up not only the center of the differential but also the gear shafts and wheel bearings going to each wheel. I don't think 12 quarts is unreasonable frankly. Drain it first then go purchase the same amount that you need to replace what was drained out.
  4. My 2002 Windsor came with a 160 amp Leece-Neville Alternator model A0012824LC. I had that rebuilt a few times over the years. Then a local friend had a brand new spare 200 amp Leece-Neville Alternator model 4884JB which I bought as a spare. Back in 2015 when in Alaska my 160 amp alternator failed once again. I had the 200 amp installed and took the 160 amp unit to the local shop and had them rebuild it to a 200 amp one. Cost me about $400. Back when having the 160 rebuilt it was generally between $160 - $180. Those two models are interchangeable.
  5. Great job on resurrecting a control board for the Magnum Opus toilets. Nice work and compact too! I have one of those porcelain bowls with no access hole. Of the few times the flapper had gone into a fault mode I was able to get it working once again by fiddling with the switches. Early last year the flapper faulted once again but this time I had to remove the porcelain base to access the micro-switches which control the travel limits and got them to reset back to their normal operation. No problems since. I have been carrying a spare control board on our travels "just in case"since initially we were Full-Time RVer's. However, if I ever have the need to purchase one I will contact you directly. Kudos on your persistence and achievement!
  6. Call RV Glass Solutions in Coburg Oregon. They can replace the glass only with original or laminated glass. https://www.rvglassexperts.com/
  7. My 60 gallon fresh water tank has a fitting near the base of the tank which is where the pump gets its water through. The RV water pumps are self-priming so as long as the PEX line from the tank to the pump has water in it then it should work. I would check your inline filter making sure it is not plugged up. Disconnect the pump from the input side including the filter to see if water flows by itself. If not then your problem is in the line from the tank to the pump.
  8. I would not recommend using that thin aluminum ducting for air intake. I replaced mine with the very same material it came with from the factory. 7 inch ID RFH Hose/Ducting Black Thermoplastic Rubber Wire Helix
  9. I hope you meant somewhere on the large Bay Door that includes the small fuel door versus the fuel door itself. Would not be a good idea to mess with the fuel door that gets open and closed often. If you meant the large area of the bay door then I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.
  10. If the RED light is still on after attempting to reset the box then you need to get a stronger magnet. The RED light needs to be OFF for the box to work. Tractor Supply has what they call a cattle magnet or go to Harbor Freight and purchase the strongest magnet they have in stock.
  11. I removed the entire head-knocker cabinet and installed a 32 inch Samsung TV between the two sets of storage cabinets.
  12. I purchased the 2 feet of 7 inch air intake hose that my coach needed from a vendor on eBay. But his listings are no longer there. Here is a company that carries the same product in 6 inch by the foot. https://www.rsci.com/rfh-general-purpose-hose-18884
  13. Personally, I think it is just a normal hose rubber washer that has been deformed. Especially if the mating surfaces are also somewhat flat or look like a regular hose connection.
  14. That part number is for Centramatics not Balance Masters.
  15. I don't have a clue. When I had my new tires installed along with the Balance Masters at Josam's I let Barry (customer service mgr.) take care of ordering the correct items.
  16. I have used Dyna Beads from Innovative Balancing since 2010 in all of my tires without any problems, they were great. Changed my front tires in 2017 and put in a new set of Dyna Beads. Changed out my rear tires in 2019 and discovered that the cost of four bags of Dyna Beads plus shipping would be about $100 less than a set of Balance Masters from Josam's in Orlando who was installing my new rear Toyo tires. So I went with a set of Balance Masters which I can use for life. Once the set of front tires need to be changed out in the future I will also do my purchase from Josam's and put a set of Balance Master's on the front too.
  17. 20 inch 30 LB is a bit much for the front entry door. You'd be better off with a 15 LB gas spring. Here is a photo from a friends entry door who is a member here.
  18. They use auto re-setting circuit breakers instead of fuses for exactly what you discovered by replacing the circuit breaker with a fuse. The circuit is designed for a circuit breaker to eliminate having to replace fuses all of the time when the DC motor reaches the end of its travel when moving the seat.
  19. I just checked my electrical fuse and CB layout for my 2002 Windsor and both the drivers and copilots seats have circuit breakers and not fuses. If the 2002 Diplomats have fuses then it is definitely a model difference.
  20. I don't think there are fuses for those power seats. I believe they are auto-resetting circuit breakers if my memory serves me correctly.
  21. If it is damaged and will not reset back to normal I would strongly suggest to replace it with the Progressive Industries EMS-HW-50C unit.
  22. I really like the the RVI Brake 2 I have been using the past 4 years. Easy to set up and remove.
  23. Call Custom Glass Solutions to cost out replacing the glass versus a whole new window.
  24. Thanks for the clarification! So there you go Mel S, set up a POLL to get the results.
