  1. Not that I’m interested, but are the date stickers on there? I went to buy 2 of these a month or so and they were each over a year old, still on the shelf
  2. Follow some YouTubers, you’ll either be amazed or bewildered at what people do to change the layouts to fit their needs. More storage, office spaces, kids stuff, lots of stock items get ripped out.
  3. We added a side mounted table. It works better for us. On the sink covers, you can make a cardboard template and take it to a plastic supply and have cutting boards (HDPE) made to fit, or wood shop for custom wood boards, or a shop that does corian counter tops. You might hit up the big wreaking yard in Alabama and see if they have any of these sitting around

    New toad-Jeep JKU

LOL, yeah the new radio and remote start took some time. I added front and rear cameras as well. It all works slick now. I have a roof rack, and some more lights to install. Like to get a gmrs radio in as well.

    New toad-Jeep JKU

Hadn’t really updated where I’m at with projects. The Dip is winterized. I still use it as a man cave in the winter. I’ll have a few inside projects for it. The Jeep is almost wrapped up. I’m finishing the seats off with some cheap vinyl, eBay replacements, with heat pads. Also wired up the rear lights, breakaway switch, and plug And the battery was dying, so upgraded to a dual battery set up
  6. If you are worried, looks like for $70 these guys have Starlink inverter covered https://www.savageutv.com/products/on-the-go-300-watt-inverter lots of cool gear for tech roadies
  7. Diesel in oil is a sure fire symptom of failed seal between the sections of the pump. I’ve taken parts of my pump off to fix a leak, and will be taking the distributor off the pump rear this spring and replace it. In all honesty, I’d buy a pump from China off Alibaba.com. You could buy 2-3 of them for the price at retail stores, and I would almost bet that they buy them from China as well
  8. Bro we are bored, what’s wrong with chatting for 50+ posts ?😂
  9. I also bought this and carry it everywhere. Starts my diesel pickup as well as anything smaller SOLVTIN S6 Pro Max Battery Jump... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B2BWQW8T?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I believe the Roadmaster charge kit uses this
  10. Sure, there are multiple companies that sell battery chargers for towables (RVI, I have one on my toad, Roadmaster also has be) she could splice off her cord going from truck to 5th wheel https://rvibrake.com/en-ca/pages/rvi-how-to-videos-towed-battery-charger-plus?msclkid=62911f4605c41b3cd5587ce738b521d8&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=**LP DSA&utm_term=battery charger&utm_content=products (catch all)
  11. If you are a YouTube user, AZ expert has a good video, a year or so ago about fixing cracks on a Coach. Also videos on Country Coaches as certain years have cracks in the same place you have. It’s really common on Alpine and Montana 5th wheels in the front bed slide. On these the weld has broke and everything is out of alignment and causes crack, as was mentioned above.
  12. Yes, it’s all about the maintenance. For me, not retired and waaaaaaaaaay to much on my plate.
  13. I bought the Chins version, with the heaters as well. Did you have to update your charger/inverter and run a Dc/Dc charger in line with your alternator?
  14. X on VMax if you don’t want to go the lithium route (I did, new inverter, DC/DC charger etc) I have the VMax on my boat for the trolling motor. They work great. Very well made
  15. Ok I didn’t see where you mentioned the plug coming from accumulator, sorry, ICV is also 4 pin. It’s under the accumulator, on top of rotary manifold The plugs coming off the pressure sensors on top of accumulator. I’ll look for wiring diagram
  16. Obviously it would weigh more, the idea is to get you over the ice/snow.
  17. I’ve done snow with class 6-8 trucks and just tried to avoid it. I’ve spoke with a few tag axle owner coaches and they remarked that they would lift the tag up to get weight on the drive axle for traction. Anyone have experience with this ?
  18. I agree 100%, it’s often not getting going, it’s trying to negotiate curves and stopping. One slipped tire on ice, it’s done, over. You will be out of control.
  19. Interesting to enough, they did this as well on our Dip. The paint came back as a green used on early Toyota Prius. It’s really close. I think tue factory paint is just a slight darker, but I see it because it’s mine
  20. I found mine on the drivers seat base. A quick call to rev group and they gave me all the codes and all the graphics to have reprinted
  21. While I cannot attest to you having disc breaks, having worked at Les Schwabs for a few years outta college, I can see a few things that might cause a squeal given the time it’s been and sitting in between. I just pulled a wheel off a friends jeep a few weeks back while out over landing. Disc brakes need to have the slides lubed, and the metal that is on the back of the disc can come loose, or become dry and cause a squeal. I lubed the slides, and put copper anti seize on the back of the disc pads and squeal was gone. When installing new pads, I routinely put duck tape on the back of them. This will keep the squeals and rattles away hope this helps
  22. Took a large Rock Bar and snapped it off. It’s pretty weak at the locking end.
