  1. I don’t want to start anything but my 2007 had an IOTA. I just changed it out. See attached pic of one I removed. So at least in 2007 they still used IOTA.
  2. This thread reminded me that I had not changed the filter on mine. So I changed it today. I am wandering if he missed the internal o'ring on the filter. Drain your tanks and remove the filter and make sure o'ring is in place and the big seal is there and neither are crimped.
  3. AJ-Electric is a good source with reasonable prices for the Duvacs. See attached
  4. This was in my coach when I bought it. Which braking system is this a part of? Thanks
  5. Take a vacation in Mexico and get it fixed there for a fraction of that cost. Check on IRV2 for articles on places to go in Mexico. Probably same articles on this site also.
  6. See the difference $$hear the difference feel the differenceSource Engineering Inc. has developed a line of custom fan blades for most rear radiator diesel pushers manufactured by Monaco Coach. These blades are engine, chassis specific, and can deliver excellent performance while still maintaining the cooling capacity of the stock fan. Some of the benefits include the following:Safari CheetahEngine: CAT C-9 400 H.P. Fan RPM at governed engine speed 2620 HP draw stock blade 42.6 H.P. HP draw Source high efficiency blade 15.5 H.P. Monaco CaymanEngine: Cummins ISB 340 H.P. Fan RPM at governed engine speed 3080 HP draw Stock blade 71 H.P. HP draw Source high efficiency blade 35 H.P. How about more POWER and less NOISE? Increased Fuel Economy. Proven results from 9 to 30 percent depending on the application. Decreased noise levels. these quiet efficient fan blades can decrease fan noise by an average of 50 percent.Increased horse power to the rear wheels. By substantially reducing the parasitic H.P. draw on the engine more power becomes available to the rear wheels, on average 31 Horsepower
  7. I would look at the source Engineering fan because they claim an average of 31 more HP. If you call with your info they will tell you the truth. They told me on the bigger engines no real noticeable power notice. They said smaller engines is where it really helps. They cost about $550. It is really suppose to cut the sound in about 1/2 also.
  8. I just added a Aero Turbine muffler and AG Diesels Solutions Module. The module really made a difference. I would check with them and see if they have one for your engine. It has a 30 day return if not happy with it. I have heard that the Source Engineering fan makes a lot of difference on the smaller engines. Brazels Rv sells a complete performance upgrade package for some of the engines. Good Luck.
  9. Just run a new ground wire to one of the gauges and see if that is the real problem.
  10. I have a 2019 equinox that has a TPMS. I use the Tire Minder system on it with no problems.
  11. I would suggest you get a Scan Gauge D. It just connects to the diagnostics plug which is usually located below the dash on the left side of the steering column. It does many things. You can read and clear codes with it. They can be bought on line for under 200.00. Cheaper than a one trip to Cummins.
  12. Try Northwest RV Supply. 541-746-9092 On another topic what kind of brake controller is that in the picture? I have one in my rig but have not figured out what brand it is.
  13. Gary, If you will look close at your lens on the outside of it there should be a number on it. It will probably right beside DOT number, usually on the lower part of the lens. Note the right and left have different part numbers. Then just google that number and it will come up on many sites.
  14. Try opening this link maybe it will help you figure the one you need. Also if it has been there for many years it has a rubber gasket inside that may be dry rotted and you would not even be able to push the correct fitting in far enough for the coupler to lock with the correct size. https://toolguyd.com/quick-guide-to-air-line-couplers-plugs/
  15. Try the battery boost switch on the left console to tie both battery banks together. Sounds like you ran the batteries down. If that doesn’t work start generator so it will power inverter/battery charger
  16. I use to have an 2003 same model. Check your salesman switch/12 volt kill switch by entry door.
  17. On Amazon do a search for “replacement universal boots for steering boots”, you might find something that will work or be modified to work.
  18. It just came back to me but older cars like 1970's models had the tail lights on the dash panel fuse. It was this way so if at night you didn't have dash lights you knew your tail lights were out also. Not sure if if Monaco is set up this way or not but I would check.
  19. In my 2007 Diplomat I have Marker Fuses in 2 different locations. See Attached. I would get a test light or fuse tester and check fuse in place because it may be blowing as soon as you replace it.
  20. Change it out the rubber gasket in it is old and getting hard which makes it hard to insert the male fitting into it.
  21. Try looking in your owners manual, probably section 9 if the same as mine. I believe they are labeled as marker lights.
  22. I would take all the bulbs out and mark them. Start putting one front bulb in the rear sockets one at a time and check. If you fave multi meter you can check the rear bulbs for a short. Probably have shorted element in a rear bulb. Good luck
