Jim Pratten
Sad to hear. Ray was one of a handful of folks on this forum that I followed and likewise enjoyed his sense of humor and sage advice. Ray made this forum a better place for his involvement and his thoughtful words will live on. Rest in peace.

Popular Post Tom Cherry
This tribute (copied) or memory was posted earlier on Ray's Dignity site....It was just now approved and is online. Feel free to do individual tributes as others have.... The "STAFF" just wanted to honor Ray and provide an insight into a side of Ray that perhaps others might not realize... Tom Cherry Friend 01/09/2024 Ray Davis was an active member of an online Motor Home Group, Monacoers. He was a long time member of the prior or the founding Yahoo website where we all exchanged information and developed a comradery. Ray was very active in the new group as well and was a resource and frequent contributor. He had a sly wit and had a pleasant "blogger's" personality. He was always helpful and read almost every post and often provided valuable information so that a member with an issue could learn from his vast experiences. On behalf of the Monacoers Group, we offer our condolences to the family and also wanted his friends and family to know that he was respected and held in esteem by our large "online group" RIP, Ray....we will miss you.... Ivan K
I'll also miss Ray. When I noticed his unusual silence around Christmas, I sent him a PM knowing his birthday was on the 27th and hoped he is just celebrating on a cruise or something like that... well, he is on a much different journey. R.I.P Ray.

Bill R
I'm saddened by this, as Ray was always so gracious with his time. I'd bug him with PM's and his standard response was, "Bill, I doubt you could bother me if you wanted to." Just the kind of man he was. Now he is a "New" man, but will still be missed.

Notn2bars
Ray and he sage advice will be sorely missed. Sylvia and I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Ray and Marilyn on one of our journeys. What an awesome, down to earth couple. It was such a blessing to meet them. May our Heavenly Father bless Marilyn with healing and peace in her time of sorrow!
